Best Replace System in Phoenix AZ

Not impressed with the quality of work hoodz provided. Very professional appearance, however hood cleaning was way overpriced. Not a good cleaning at all

Ryan has taken such good care of our pool - from cleaning and adding all the necessary chemicals to checking and cleaning our pump/ filters and making sure everything is running smoothly. He is also very knowledgeable and good at letting me know the ongoing of the pool and is always available and quick to respond to any questions/concerns I may have. Thanks to Ryan and Rockman Pools, our pool always looks like a resort!

Service has deteriorated. I have been a customer for 8 years. The last year has been one minor repair after another. Every month something different. Felt like I was being taken advantage of. The final straw was I ok’d an O ring repair. The tech opened the back wash valve and forgot to close. My pool service ran overnight and in the morning the pool level was down 6”. The techs are poorly trained. When I called to cancel my service the person I talked with never asked why I was quitting. I guess they really don’t want to know why customers leave. Just get new ones!
