Best Repair Pipe in Phoenix AZ

Anthony did a great job installing our new kitchen faucet and replacing the shutoff valves under the sink. He made a good recommendation on the kind of faucet we should consider and we followed his suggestion. He was professional, friendly, and efficient. He left our kitchen clean and tidy. I would welcome Anthony back for plumbing work in the future should we need it.

Awesome work ethic polite and went above and beyond gave me a more than fair estimate and completed the job in a timely manner while providing a great quality service. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of a plumber.

Charged me $318 for drain clean that took 30 minutes on one of my rental properties. Also drilled a hole in the metal drain and left jagged edges exposed. Took my credit card ahead of job and never called with a quote to fix. Just did the job and charged me. Was very unhappy with the service and very high price. Wouldn't recommend at all.

I usually don't write reviews of places but felt responsible to post this information. I was recently receiving quotes for a tesla wall connector installation and the person performing the quote evaluation from this company was asking a lot of questions like how much money do you make, what type of tesla did you buy which I took as small talk in the beginning until I received my quote. The quote from this company was 3000$~. Other certified tesla installers are giving me quotes from 700-900$ for the same amount of work. I asked for an itemized quote from this company and was ghosted.

It felt like this company was attempting to take advantage of me and wanted to post as a warning to others to shop around and get competing quotes when interfacing with this business.

The simpler installations from other certified tesla installers are around 500-600$, so still triple priced based off of your quote. I would deem what you commented on what makes us different are what other companies consider to be basic requirements and are also including in their quotes to me. Leaving this review up, especially since the reply from the owner is complete and utter nonsense. Stop supporting predatory business practices.

Tayden, Declan, and Rene did wonderful work with our plumbing job. It was quoted as taking up to 3 days to complete, they finished the same day! We appreciated that they worked into the evening hours to make sure we had everything we needed.

It started with Gary Garcia coming out and checking our systems. He was great and professional. Then Ed and his crew were freakin outstanding. Way better than other AC company like Howard Air. They were on time, kept us advised of the progress, sweeped up their mess, vacuumed the hallway, mopped the floor and even sweep the street. If that’s not professionalism, then I don’t what is. We will AWLAYS call them back. Excellent work.

As if their name and logo weren't awesome enough! These guys are ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!! They came to my home today to conduct an audit/inspection for SRP (yes, they were vetted by SRP and APS) and they were just out of this world! (See what I did there?) Not only did they move their schedule around to accomodate me, they showed up on time, with huge smiles on their faces (THANK YOU ROBERT AND CHRIS!) and came with a humongous wealth of knowledge. I know absolutely NOTHING about energy efficiency, HVAC units, insultation, duct work/returns... ad infinitum... They explained EVERYTHING in a way I could understand, and then were kind enough to wait around for my fella to get home so they could explain everything to him as well when I said, I know I am going to screw up everything you are saying... They are just kind, honest and hardworking and I could not be more grateful! I will always and forever use them for all of my AC/duct work/energy efficiency quests and I will always refer them to my friends and family. Finding honest, hardworking, affordable companies in this day and age is usually an exercise in futility. Especially in the home repair arena. We have discovered finding honest repair men is TOUGH. I hope this review helps those that are in our position, wherein everything in the home we bought last November needs fixed/repaired/replaced. These guys deserve a tremendous round of applause, kudos, and endless accolades! So happy the Aliens arrived at my house!! Thanks for the referral SRP!

Update: Parker and Sons had not responded to my insurance despite multiple calls and emails. I was informed on 3/8 that Parker and Sons would follow up and not forget about the claim. To date they have not reached out or followed up. Another reason why I would not recommend them.Parker and Sons reconnected my garbage disposal and other plumbing under my kitchen sink after having new counters installed. The technician told me the garbage disposal wouldn't fit and I had to buy a slimmer version. What? They weren't redoing the plumbing, just reconnecting the old stuff. After some conversation I did purchase a new disposal and the plumber finished the job the following week. However he didn't connect one of the pipes correctly and I had a huge flood in my kitchen. Parker and Sons called out a restoration company to remediate the water damage. I was told to submit the claim to my insurance if I wanted the kitchen fixed faster, which I did. What I learned is that they were taking advantage of an elderly, naive woman. I should not have put the claim in. They will not reimburse me for the deductible or my insurance company for their expenses. We have been in subrogation for almost a year now. I would never use their services again, nor recommend to a friend.In the picture you can see a pipe in the back that doesn't have a cap installed. That is where all the water came out from.

Super quick response time, low rate, great service and the owners are really nice guys. I recommended these folks on my HOA page and have had them help friends and family. Strongly recommended, you won't be disappointed.

Matt D came to do our annual heater check and cleaning. He was very thorough with the check and cleaning, he even took before and after pictures. Which is comforting. He also confirmed that a job we payed for (before owner changed) was a shoddy job. We had payed to have a 2nd return put in, and have the ducts sealed and cleaned. None of which was done properly. We have put a total of $20,000 into this house in the 2 1/2 years we've lived here, to make this home as energy efficient as possible. We rely on the work to be done properly. I knew something was never right about the work that was done. Thankfully Matt took the time to inspect my concerns and was able to validate my suspicions. He could have shrugged it off, but didn't. He was honest! Greatfully they are willing to correct the problems and make it right! And to think, I almost declined them coming to do the check, due to other past issues. Thank you Matt!! We look forward to doing more business with you.

We had our R.O. System serviced. The tech, Evan, was Professional, Informative, Courteous and On Time. He is a young man who displayed wonderful customer service. He definitely will be going somewhere positive in the company. Take good care of him!!!!
