Best Repair Pipe in Phoenix AZ

Had s ceiling leak in the kitchen. They brought out a dehumidifier and small floor fan. They were called by our insurance company. Our insurance would not cover it. Point is, that they dropped the equipment off, picked it up 5 days later. Nothing else was done. We received a bill for $1254.00. I could have done the same thing for nothing. I could see maybe $600, but $1254 was outrageous. Suggest you get a price quote if insurance does not cover it.

This company did an OUTSTANDING job!!! They are such a blessing and they helped me when I didnt understand what the next step was that I needed to take. The owners walked me through what happened with the flooding in my house, what needed to happen and what the ending results would be. I also love that they did the same estimation as the insurance company and they made sure everything that I needed was covered. I appreciate the staff that they have working at the company who are trustworthy and honest. It was a great relief being able to go to work and know my house was in great hands. The finished results look AMAZONG and I love that the communication with the owners was perfect. I also got an answer when I called and if they missed a call, they called me right back. Hired Service Master for a clean up after a flood in our kitchen in January 2022. Extensive repairs were needed. They started out to do the deconstruction required, but as time went on they failed to continue the work required. They did not return phone calls to me, or my insurance company. After several weeks of no activity we fired them and hired a different company. The new company completed the job quickly and did a superb job. Never heard back from Service Master. I would never hire them again. I have talked to others in our area that had the same experience with them.

A huge mirror in our guest bathroom fell off the wall and damaged the toilet, bathtub, and stone tile. Belfor was there initially to clean up all the shards of glass covering the entire space and spilling into the landing. Once this safety issue was quickly addressed they moved forward with the repairs with integrity, professionalism and quality. Francisco, the contractor who managed our small project. treated us as though we were his biggest client- always responsive, patient and professional. We have worked with many renovation companies and contractors over the years. Belfor and Francisco are the best we have ever had the pleasure of working with and we highly recommend them.

ASAP Restoration came highly recommended so I called them up and Annette said a tech would get back to me on arrival time. Jeff called on the way from an appointment and he and Rick arrived earlier than promised. We had initially contacted another company earlier in the week.

Being the point of contact for a business in an emergency situation can be draining. I wish we had the recommendation sooner. Jeff & Rick (happy birthday Rick) got right to the inspection after talking with my boss and came back with the results and was able to begin the 5-day dry out process immediately upon approval. Can you say I was relieved? They installed the fans and air movers in every area that was impacted. They returned today to take readings. They also gave recommendations to help the process along. I am very pleased and am ending my work week better than it started. Our church is happy with their work and pricing for water mitigation services.
