Exceptionally professional. Hays sent Dan, Chad and Stephan to break down my old unit, inside and outside and install my new Trane. They were fast, friendly and efficient. A couple of weeks later, they sent another tech (he was also friendly and professional but can't remember his name) out to completely test the unit to make sure all was well. In the meantime, my other old unit leaked upstairs and a tech named Ideal was sent out and went to great lengths to help get it fixed. All in all, Hays has been wonderful. You pay for what you get, but you get great service and techs that you feel comfortable with, in your home.

The crew that was sent to my house to install a new AC unit were amazing! Dave , JC and Riley rocked it! The Job was completed in a timely manner as well as they were all very polite and respectful! I would also like to mention my service guy Matthew! He was very clear about what was wrong with my old AC and even made sure my sister and I had heat until the new AC unit could be installed! Thanks guys for a great experience with Desert Diamond!

I called the company and spoke with Jesus. Regarding my central air wasn't working & he came 30mins later to fix my air system. I really appreciate the fast service now I have air something you need living here in AZ. Thanks again Jesus!!!

I have been a Reeis customer for about 15 years, 2 different houses. Had new insulation installed in both and A/C ducts repaired and rerouted, now a new A/C unit. I've always had great service, personable and respectful technicians who care about doing the job correctly.

I have been using Comfort One Air Conditioning since circa 2012. I will not use anyone else when it comes to heating and air conditioning needs. Every person that I have referred to Comfort One has called me to thank me for the introduction and swears they will never use another company. Taps ( the owner) and his crew are professional, reliable and could not be any more honest. I find great comfort in knowing that I never need to wonder if I am being overcharged or sold unnecessary services/parts. It is so refreshing to have an AC guy that I sincerely do trust!

July 12 about 8 pm are A/C would not turn back on and the house is heating up. We heard about Howard Air on KTAR Radio last spring and had them out for maintenance on our A/C unit. I was happy to see they have a 24-hour service. I gave them a call tonight and in about and hour Yubani was at our door. Yubani was polite and explained why the unit would not turn back on. Yubani took care of our problem and our unit is up and running again. Thank you!

The day after installation of my new AC/furnace system Patrick Riley purchased the company I had contracted with, Isley’s. I was quite nervous and upset about the change because I had chosen Isley’s as my contractor after researching others and the favorable experiences I had with them in the past. There were a few items pending after installation. Patrick Riley’s timely completion of these items was exceptional. Kyle, their quality control technician was excellent. He was professional and knowledgeable with problem resolution, patient and informative with all of my questions. Based on my experience I highly recommend Patrick Riley Cooling and Heating who bought out Isley’s.

Howard Air fixed my ac today, the same day I called!! The technician was actually early and was very courteous. Forget those 'big' name companies that advertise on tv. The best service they could offer was 3 weeks or more in the future. Would definitely call Howard Air first for any other service needed on my mechanical systems.

Told me everything looked great when in the past other companies have tried to tell me I needed thousands of dollars of work. Honest and professional, what more could you ask for?!? The Five Star team is EXCELLENT! I highly recommend them.They installed two systems + thermostats in our home and worked around any issues that came up. I swear they didnt stop once to take a break. Derek was very friendly and professional. He replaced our hot water and heating element in house quick and fast, he came twice to explain the problem and the fix to it. He managed to fit us in right way so we could get hot water back to the house. The new unit looks great and runs wonderful.
