Best Repair Air in Phoenix AZ

My laundry sink spray nozzle broke so I called the plumbing company that I have my service maintenance with and they quoted me over $300 to install my new faucet!! Ridiculous. I got the name of A.P.E.S from the Home Depot list of pros and A.P.E.S. gave me a fair quote, came right out replaced the faucet and even anchored my cabinet under the sink which my previous plumber did not do when they installed it. Anthony was very professional and even showed up early for the appointment. Would definately recommend them and use them again.

John and Jared came out today to take a look at my air conditioning unit. I live in a condo where I can’t see my unit but noticed some water dripping from the roof. They weren’t just on time, they were a little early which helped free up the rest of my day.

They found that the system was running as it should be and let me know that the water was dripping because the condensation line was disconnected. Super easy fix with a little bit of glue, and they did not create worry where there was none just to add to the bill.

As if that wasn’t good enough, they were incredibly nice and easy to talk to. Not nice because it’s required- just really genuine people. I was not expecting to have such an easy and inexpensive experience in Phoenix during hot, muggy monsoon season. Thank you both for making my day!

We were very impressed upon our first meeting with Jeff, who spent a great deal of time explaining the different units available. Scheduling was easy and when David and his crew arrived for the installation, they continued the great service. We had a difficult installation due to our crazy attic access, but no one complained! David thoroughly explained our new thermostats and how to use the app. When they finished, everything was cleaned and there was no trace that they had worked in our attic for 12 hours! Thank you to everyone for a wonderful experience when it could have been a complete headache!

Ray, the technician, was very thorough in the maintenance check. He checked inside and outside spaces and changed the filter. He was polite and conscientious in his work.

Valley's Best Heating and Air Conditioning is the best and most affordable company I have found. Our air was no longer blowing cold and we just surpassed the 100-degree mark for the year. Val was able to get to us within an hour (as a first-time customer that hadn't used their services ever before!). He assessed the unit/issue and explained to us, in terms we'd understand, what that meant, what it'd cost and when they would be able to get us in if we'd like to move forward with it. We agreed upon a price and Val was able to do the repairs right then & there. When Val didn't have one of the parts he needed another tech swung by to get him the part and lend a hand.

(As a side note, I had called a different company a couple weeks earlier to just install a Google Nest thermostat which ended with them spending 3 hours heating my place up to 88 degrees and let me know that they would need to perform $3400 of work to replace some valve on the unit in order for it to work with the Nest OR replace the unit for $10-$20K. I asked if he could just return the system to the way it was before he did anything, which he did for $80. So, $80 to heat my house up for 3 hours and not install the thermostat, Thanks but no thanks Larson's Air Conditioning.)

The owner of Valley's Best H & A/C, Chase, stopped by to see how things were progressing as well as looking at duct and plumbing work in the attic. Chase made notes of all the things he noticed that he'd suggest addressing. He worked up an estimate of what those repairs would cost. There was never the, “if you don't do X, Y, Z & 1, 2, 3, really soon your pipes will probably start leaking, cause mold, all your ac is escaping because you need more insulation, etc., etc. pressure. It was simply a hey this is what I suggest and why and if you want to choose our company to do that work this is what it would cost. He even threw in a free inspection at a later date!

No one likes spending lots of money but with Valley's Best Heating & Air Conditioning you don't have the anxiety of wondering about the quality of service you'll receive or being talked into something you do not need. At no time was there ever a conversation about a needing a new unit, where others just try to scare you into big repairs and then bridge that to just buying a new unit. I will be having them address all my Heating & A/C needs.

I had a poor experience with another company that tried to rob me on a new unit and regular tune ups. The owner of sun devil gave me a killer deal on a new unit in 2017 and great follow up service since! They have a great team and solid leadership in Gerardo!!! Hassle-free, Great service, and knowledgeable techs!!

Family Owned. Smaller office - friendly voices. The techs are paid by the hour not commissions - that helped knowing I wasn't being recommended unnecessary repairs. Me and a few of my neighbors have signed up for their yearly service agreement. Great folks!

This company is amazing!! They worked with my warranty company and are very easy to work with. Andy (manager)is very on top of things and up front with everything. The tech, Kyle, was also great with communication and really figured out a problem and the solution that 4 other AC companies misdiagnosed and wanted to charge me over $1000 -$7000 for what cost several hundred through SG Mechanical cause the other companies didn’t take the time to diagnose the problem and just wanted to replace major parts of the system to the whole system. SG even fixed the thermostat that was installed sloppy by another company. They are my company now and only ones I will call with maintenance and any issues!!
