Best Preventive Maintenance in Phoenix AZ

We had our main water line repaired by Barrett Wednesday. He was there in an extremely timely manner and the repair was done quickly and efficiently! I definitely felt very confident that he knew exactly what he was doing and was the right guy for the job. Thanks Barrett and A.P.E.S. ?

Right from the start Miguel was super nice and very knowledgeable. He was fast and explained all the services he performed along with recommended services including which type of filters to buy to keep our units running at their best. When the compressor in our air conditioner failed, Mike worked hard with our home warranty company to ensure we were properly cared for. As soon as the parts were ordered, and work was authorized, Mike and Tim were at our home pulling out the old unit, just in time for the new unit to arrive. They plowed through the whole replacement of the split system in a single visit, getting it done in around 8 hours, in the middle of summer (I have no idea how they are able to stand the heat!). A huge thank you to Mike and Tim, for doing high quality work so quickly! Our family is enjoying the new A/C system.

Larvell was very knowledgeable about his work and what needs to be accomplished. When asked a question, he seems to enjoy assisting others and takes the time to illustrate the whats and whys! I will continue to call Goliath Mechanical if I need assistance in the future, and I will tell others about it if they need help with any air conditioning services!!

Ty and his crew were great. They worked hard. I didn’t envy them crawling around in attic, but they were very concerned about making sure everything was done right.

I’ve been so pleased with the service calls I’ve made. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been so responsive, respectful, and professional. In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have been especially cautious about our interactions with others but the service staff have come masked, maintained distance, and worn shoe coverings in and out of the house. In addition, they explained the issues, provided helpful instruction about maintaining our system, and even hooked up an option we didn’t know we had on our unit! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. When it was time to pay, we felt the cost was incredibly fair. Should we need future repairs, this will be our first call!

Our experience with Accutemp was nothing short of impressive. Our a/c unit stop working right during the summer with our kids home! They had someone out within a few hours, on the same day! The tech took care of the issue and the price was very fair, money well spent. Very prompt and great service, no need to call around!
