First let me tell you about men like Carter, Carter shows up early for his job, Carter shows up prepared for his job, but above all Carter gets the job done kids! He was professional and kind both visits. Not only did he have to come out to our apartment twice to install a new chiller a/c unit but had a smile on his face the entire time. The world needs more men like Carter, A.P.E.S. Is extremely lucky to have such an attentive and hardworking employee.

Cole was a in training rep that was superb. I would have preferred a paper form to write my review. I am not computer proficient. I had to have my daughter help do this review.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They came in amd convinced us to sign up for their preferred customer program which is supposed to allow access to 24 hour emergency care. Well after we had an AC emergency in the middle of the night the customer service rep told us it was our fault and we would have to wait until the morning for our AC to be looked at. We have kids and animals in the house and had to get a hotel. Do NOT believe this company when they tell you they are professional. They thrive on nepotism and the quality of customer service proves that. Go with Oasis Air instead much better.

Five stars all around, from booking an appt for service thru install. Dillon, the tech that did the install was communicative, prompt and friendly. Removal of old unit, and install of new unit was quick and seamless. Would definitely recommend W.H.O.

After having several companies come out and give us quotes for a completely new HVAC system, new air handler and moving the air handler to a new location we felt that Day/Night did the best job giving us options to choose from as far as the types of systems. The original estimate and measurements were quite extensive due to all the changes and Jason did a very thorough job. We felt as though we had a ton of information to help make our choice. No pressure, just great info. When it came time to install Troy came out the day before to double check everything and confirm what we wanted. He also made video's for the team that would come out the following day for the install. We had about 6 guys in our house for about 8 hours installing our new system. The supervisor walked us through everything that would happen, checked with us about where the new intake would be, thermostats, etc.. which I very much appreciated. After lunch their boss Troy stopped by to check in and make sure that everything was going according to instruction. All in all we could not be happier with our experience so far. I did a ton of research on HVAC brands and we decided to go with a Trane system. Great warranty and great reviews. I have also had Day/Night work on some plumbing issues and they were again fantastic, on-time, great communication and I never felt that I was being pressured to by something or upgrade to something I didn't need. I appreciate that. Every person on their team has been professional and great to work with. You can tell they like what they do. Great job team and great job Day & Night teaching and training your servicemen to do a job right! Much appreciated, you've got a loyal customer in me!!!!
