CJ Evans is the best technician we could of asked for. Very professional, very understanding and very efficient. I would recommend him to anyone at anytime for any problem they are having. The customer services reps on the phone need some new training, they do not give accurate information about time lines or time management and what’s available. But when you do finally get ahold of them ask for CJ Evans as your technician and he will take care of you.

Scott Dale was awesome. He arrived 45 minutes earlier than projected start window which worked out great. He was very polite, professional and asked thorough questions for purpose of visit.
He was able to resolve the issue with the heat pump and had it properly running in about 10 minutes. Then, performed thorough inspection of the unit.

Michael Lane did a wonderful job figuring out the issue we were having. It was a tougher fix (we had multiple units that I wasn’t very familiar with being that we moved in recently) but he patiently worked and kept us updated as he went along the process. He found the problem and got it completely fixed. It turns out a rodent had gotten to some wires on my units. I was very grateful for the quality service. And my family is thankful that we can carry out everyday life again with a comfortable cool temperature in the house. He’s a great representation of Goettl.

Our AC went out on a Friday evening in Phoenix in July and they were quick to come out Saturday morning. The unit was old and needed to be replaced, using a crane, and they replaced it by Thursday. The guys were professional and courteous. AC works great. They are also prompt and courteous when they come out to do regular maintenance. Definitely recommend Lincoln Air.
