I reached out to Sewer Time after being in a house for 3.5 years with severe septic tank backups, as the homeowner I had no idea what the problem was and inherited it as a secret gift from the previous owner. The system that was onsite was reported to be from 1981 and had some sketchy notes in the permit application. Sewer time was able to come out to survey and diagnose my system’s problems, which turned out to be severe.

It was found that odd angles and adaptations had been made to the plumbing coming from my house, and that my septic tank was in hydraulic failure and was overwhelming the dry well that was installed in the 80s. It was also later found out during the dig that the back end of my actual septic tank precast concrete had a huge hole that was buried and concealed by the previous team. The diagnosis was to dig to the tank, repair any systems that could be repaired, and divert the drain into a new seepage pit. Bonus note, they were also able to repair my current septic tank and discouraged spending unnecessary money on a new tank.

Travis and Mike completed the entire job minus some small details, just the two of them. These guys are some of the kindest, most hard-working people I have ever met and some of the most reliable contractors. These two guys interacted with me and my family while we worked through this huge repair and were nothing but pleasant.

The scale of the job and the orientation of my backyard required a 14’ section of my brick wall to be removed to allow a larger excavator into the back yard to complete the job. I was concerned that it would be difficult to find and get another contractor to come for a small section repair like that, but Sewer Time was able to take care of the issue providing me with viable options to replace the wall or install a vehicle gate and was completed in a timely manner.

Overall, for how huge of a job this was and what a vital repair it was to my house and quality of life, I would 100% recommend using Server Time. These guys are legit.

PV septic is the only company all my neighbors use, and now I know why. They came and emptied my septic tank the morning I called. Butch was on- time, (actually early), curtious, dog friendly, and had great things to say about the purple he worked worn and for. Later the same day, Todd came out and walk me through what would happen during the repairs to my leach field. He then sent me by email a very reasonable quote. My story may sound familiar. Cave Creek has had its share of construction cowboys and my house and septic were no exception. Great experience, called Anthony Plumbing this morning in a panic due to noise in the walls and water large amount of water on the floor wasn't sure what was happening. Staff scheduled appointment first thing in the morning. Technician was friendly, knowledgeable and resolved the issue immediately also contacted the Restoration company to assist with the damage.

Macho Contracting & Alfredo truly helped us out this past month. They were very responsive and professional. We needed a septic tank inspection with paperwork and then a repair of the system. He was honest and very detailed in what was needed. When they arrived at the property, the employees were respectful and courteous to the home owners. So glad I called Hero Home Services! Johnathan cleared a stubborn clog in my old kitchen drain and using a camera, Alex and Kerry diagnosed the where the problem area of pipe is located. The camera is included in their cabling (rooter) service call. Crisis averted this time but I will not hesitate to call them for future repairs of the line. Oh, and they are all very courteous an professional too!

I am glad that I did: not only was their total bid (including all work, materials, permits and inspection fees) lower than those of their competitors, but they were also able -- by bringing in extra workers and equipment when bad weather threatened to interfere with the project -- to finish the job in two and a half, rather than four and half days. In a nutshell: I am well-pleased with Belsito Plumbing, and would not hesitate to call on them in the future for any of my plumbing needs, either big or small.

Great Service. Professional Team. Based on a neighbor's recommendation we hired septic medic to service our septic tank. Highest recommendation. Knowledgeable, on time and did a great & thorough job. Hosed the tank after draining and did an inspection. The access point required digging; which the tech did quickly putting the dirt & decorative gravel on a tarp. After completion, the refill area looked almost seamless. Use this company if you want the job done correctly without having to babysit anyone.

Ralph and nuflow were awesome to work with. Although I ultimately didn’t end up using their services I wouldn’t hesitate to in the future. Ralph made it out to my house within a few days of my inquiry and did a very professional examination of the pipes I needed repaired. He put together a report and I had an estimate in two days. We had their tech come yesterday to clear a clogged drain and there was a problem most likely due to our 50 year old pipes and miscommunication and I suspect stress of overwork and a mistake was made and the drain was still cloggedbut when I got a hold of the supervisor Rene he came out immediately on a Sunday and resolved the problem,cleared the drain and did not charge us and even reimbursed us for the plug we had to buy for the damaged partSo we would heartily recommend themIf you have some problem, (sometimes things do happen) just get a hold of the supervisor as they will quickly ,efficiently and professionally resolve the problem

I was referred to Rooter Man by a friend of mine. I was desperate to find a plumber that I could trust as I've had some negative experiences in the past. I've been lied to and overcharged by big name companies so I am very cautious about who I give my business to.

That being said, I really trust Roy. He doesn't use sales tactics or gimmicks. He knows what he's talking about and did not once try to upsell the job. He wasn't looking for things to replace outside of the job I called him for. He quoted me a fair price and time frame to work on my main sewer line, and was super knowledgeable and patient while explaining what needed to be done. I'm very happy I went with Rooter Man!
