An outside faucet had a crack in the side. Robert came quickly, faster than I thought possible and made an immediate assessment and returned soon with a replacement faucet and quickly soldered the rupture. Feared the worse, but hoped for the best and found it!!! We had an issue with draining from our bathrooms tub and shower, and dreaded the thought of what a 50 yo house might throw at us. Found Sav-On, and couldn't have asked for better! Our tech Jesse was extremely kind, and didn't have any issue explaining what he was doing. The electrician, Justin Driver was fantastic. We had a fairly complicated issue and he diligently worked the issue to full resolution over the course of 3 visits. He was always on time, very friendly and professional on every visit and even helped my move a heavy bed away from a wall for outlet access. I would highly recommend Hobaica and Justin if you have electrical issues in your home.

I contacted TemperaturePro and spoke to Mike. I was only available to have my air conditioning checked after 5:30pm. Mike called Enrique and he came over, aftet hours and cleaned out my air conditioning system. It was full of gunk. Enrique did a great job and did not leave until the job was complete. I appreciate his hard work. I highly recommend this company.

After a bad experience with another HVAC company that does a lot of TV advertising, we have been so happy to use Scottsdale Air Heating and Cooling. We received a very competitive price on our new units which were promptly installed. William, our service tech, is very professional and communicates quite well. Will definitely request him for our future maintenance work.

Lovely experience with front office, I think. I was quoted the price on the website and scheduled promptly. The tech came out dressed as a good ole boy. Never introduced his companion that wasn’t wearing the company uniform or identification. Talked about the situation and then stated he would need to clog the system in order to find out what was wrong. While he complained about a bad hip and struggled to get off of my short, not overstuffed loveseat, his partner quickly went down the hall and began to put stuff down the drain. When I asked if was planning on cleaning the clog he was making for free he said “no”. I told him not to break what wasn’t broken, he told me a price for the camera service that was over $400 more then I had been quoted. He told me the website price was just for him to show up. Bait and switch on an elderly widow.

I’m not one to write reviews good or bad. But I want to give Parker and Son a shot out for getting our water heater replaced the same day! I called at around 3pm and within the hour Erik was at my door. He said the water heater had to be replaced but it wouldn’t be until the next day being 4:30 and the supply store was closed. He came back in a few minutes later and said they found a store that closed late so he went to pick up the heater and would be able to install it the same night. I’m really grateful for Erik and Parker and Son to go above and beyond. Of course it happened during a very cold night so having hot water again so soon was nice! And customer service was great too. Great experience all around. I’m very grateful and appreciative to Parker and Son. Thank you.

Service was fast but we feel they were dishonest and unfair in the pricing. Our AC unit was not cooling all the way. They changed 4 parts and spent 45 minutes at our place. We searched online the cost of each exact part they replaced and found them to be about $40 each. They charged us a total of $1408 for parts and labor. This is price-gouging! It is unethical and wrong.

I have now used ProSkill to replace two HVAC systems, water heater, and a water softener.They have exceeding my expectations in every way. Their availability has been excellent, which has been impossible to find a company that can respond in a timely manner lately. Their work has been excellent. I am someone who normally would change the water heater and install a water softener on my own. After seeing the project documentation they provide, I feel the money spent on their services was well spent.I am a landlord and normally feel let down after hiring groups to complete work. With two major projects with ProSkill, I have felt I received a great value for their work.I cannot be more please with ProSkill.

Our AC went out the day after we got home from the hospital with our first newborn baby. Our house was 96 degrees inside, we were dripping sweat, and our baby was overheated and lethargic. We were frantically calling around to all the AC companies trying to find someone who could come take a look at our AC but no one was available. When Scott heard we had a newborn he took pity on us and moved some things around to fit us in quickly that day. Scott was amazing to work with and was able to get our AC unit replaced in a timely manner. He was so kind and helpful- I recommend him to anyone in the valley!
