I reached out to Sewer Time after being in a house for 3.5 years with severe septic tank backups, as the homeowner I had no idea what the problem was and inherited it as a secret gift from the previous owner. The system that was onsite was reported to be from 1981 and had some sketchy notes in the permit application. Sewer time was able to come out to survey and diagnose my system’s problems, which turned out to be severe.

It was found that odd angles and adaptations had been made to the plumbing coming from my house, and that my septic tank was in hydraulic failure and was overwhelming the dry well that was installed in the 80s. It was also later found out during the dig that the back end of my actual septic tank precast concrete had a huge hole that was buried and concealed by the previous team. The diagnosis was to dig to the tank, repair any systems that could be repaired, and divert the drain into a new seepage pit. Bonus note, they were also able to repair my current septic tank and discouraged spending unnecessary money on a new tank.

Travis and Mike completed the entire job minus some small details, just the two of them. These guys are some of the kindest, most hard-working people I have ever met and some of the most reliable contractors. These two guys interacted with me and my family while we worked through this huge repair and were nothing but pleasant.

The scale of the job and the orientation of my backyard required a 14’ section of my brick wall to be removed to allow a larger excavator into the back yard to complete the job. I was concerned that it would be difficult to find and get another contractor to come for a small section repair like that, but Sewer Time was able to take care of the issue providing me with viable options to replace the wall or install a vehicle gate and was completed in a timely manner.

Overall, for how huge of a job this was and what a vital repair it was to my house and quality of life, I would 100% recommend using Server Time. These guys are legit.

Two professional plumbers arrived within a few hours, provided a no bull quote, and completed the job within the hour. In addition, they were about $100 cheaper than my original quote. Attention Hero Services owner. You have an unbelievable service man out in the field that NEEDS A PROMOTION!!! We are seniors on fixed income and Manny went ABOVE & BEYOND the call of duty for us!!! We own a mobile home and had a clogged toilet. My husband asked the park manager if the clog is the sewer line, is it our responsibility or theirs? She replied the water is theirs but the sewer line is our responsibilty. My husband knew this should be wrong. So we called Hero Home Services. We are first time customers. Manny found that the problem was definitely not with our home and said it had to be in the line in the neighbors yards. Manny took it upon himself to go talk to the park manager. He was gone just long enough that we could tell she was trying to give Manny the run around too. BUT because Manny is such an expert and so professional and obviously stood his ground because of his great knowledge and concern for his customer, the park manager finally told Manny she would send park maintenance. We could not believe what Manny was able to accomplish with the manager. Park maintenance came to our home quickly. WOW what did Manny tell her? Just joking on that!!! Park maintenance quickly found Manny nailed it!!! It IS the parks responsibility. They cut a hole in our sewer drain by our home and taped it over to get us going quickly and yes they have to come back next week and replace pipes in our neighbors yards. Anyone out there that does not have a plumber, CALL MANNY. He is polite, respectful, patient, has expert extensive knowledge and took time with us before he left asking us if we had any questions and explained everything to us as he worked. Not only does Manny have extensive knowledge, he has worked on homes in several mobile home parks and has had experiences with mobile home park managers and knows how they can be and how they operate and obviously by what he was able to accomplish for us, he knows exactly how to handle them. On the company business card on the back, it says Your Hero and Manny's name. Oh yes indeed, Manny is definitely our hero for his care for us and what he was able to accomplish for us. Five stars doesn't cut it. How about a trillion and more. Better yet, how about a promotion for our HERO MANNY!!!!!!! Thank you so much Manny for all you did for us and caring for us. We had a leak under the kitchen sink and had to shut off the water to the house on a Sunday evening. Reddi Services sent Pepe Munoz, the on call plumber. He came all the way from the far east valley to Goodyear. Pepe arrived in a timely manner and was professional and very efficient. He explained what he was doing and answered all of my questions. I will be calling Reddi Services again and will ask for Pepe. Customer service was professional too, very friendly and courteous.

I hired Clint to convert the plumbing of a single sink into a double sink vanity set up. This was an involved project consisting of two separate visits. Clint arrived on time and completed the pipe conversion and then returned after our drywall was completed to install the vanity, p-traps, and faucets. Clint does good work, is honest, professional and now my go-to plumber for all future projects. We are so glad that we hired Complete Plumbing & Drain Services for our project. Thank you, Clint!

They presented a lower charge over the phone which made my decision to go with them. And once they arrived at the property the driver/operator tried to convince me several times that our septic tank is larger than it is in order to attempt to charge us more. The service provided was rushed, incomplete, rude and unprofessional. Even though I have proof with previous service receipts from 3 different Septic Pumping Companies reflecting the size of our tank this Co. did not want even consider that information but instead eyeballed the size of the tank and charged and processed the order accordingly. What's more unbelievable and another example of extremely poor customer service the driver advised me that next time we need a septic pumping service that we should contact another Septic Pumping Company vs them. Will not recommend them to anyone but rather go out of my way to advise my neighbors not to use this Company.

Find another company to work with. Absolutely terrible service. Not only are their services terrible, but they do not stand behind their work. Replaced a shower cartridge with them, it failed in 3 months. Called me back to say they will charge me the same amount to do the same repair? Sorry guys, if I take my vehicle in for a repair, and the repair fails is short amount of time, you guys should stand up behind your work. They didnt. I will never use this company again, stay clear and work with better companies out there.

Was having water heater problems and went thru Lowe's.
Patrick came out to install the water heater. He was on time, very knowledgeable, professional, and did excellent work.
The price was better then a lot of other places that was called when doing research in trying to find a good plumber.

I do not recommend them if you want good and honest service! The receptionist is very rude. The owner isn't any better! They lied saying things were done and that our septic system was in working order which is not the case! He laughed and told my husband and I to go ahead and speak with an attorney because nothing will happen! Horrible business!!

I was referred to Rooter Man by a friend of mine. I was desperate to find a plumber that I could trust as I've had some negative experiences in the past. I've been lied to and overcharged by big name companies so I am very cautious about who I give my business to.

That being said, I really trust Roy. He doesn't use sales tactics or gimmicks. He knows what he's talking about and did not once try to upsell the job. He wasn't looking for things to replace outside of the job I called him for. He quoted me a fair price and time frame to work on my main sewer line, and was super knowledgeable and patient while explaining what needed to be done. I'm very happy I went with Rooter Man! My advise is to be careful, there are a lot of crooks out there. Now that I've found someone I trust I'm going to call him every time. I recommend you give this company a try. Thank you Roy!
