Patrick worked 10 hours nonstop Wednesday and 12 hours Thursday. Darlene was kind, friendly and prompt with her follow-up to schedule. They take great pride in delivering the BEST customer service, prIcing and product. I am recommending to all my friends and family hands down !! You won’t be disappointed !!

Starting a new business from scratch is a lot of work with so many people trying to scam you out of money as you learn on the fly. Unlike most of the contractors and people we tried to work with these guys were very professional and amazing to work with. Their work is top notch and we plan on using no one else from here on out. Can not say enough good things about SG Mechanical. Thank you guys for being such a bright spot in this process.

Cactus installed my AC system and I learned after they installed it they used too small of a return. They made an extra hole in my roof and patched it with just silicone. I bought a warranty from them and was told it was manufacture and never given further information. They came out and repaired a fuse one and now are trying to find a leak in the AC. I feel like they don't do their job well or communicate well. I got a little more info on the warranty but not much. Also the man who came out today did not wear a mask and was smoking while working on my roof. He's very unprofessional. I wish I'd never used them. I'll update when the work is done but so far I'm not feeling confident.

HVAC unit was running fine but it used to make some kind of screeching noise so I scheduled appointment for tune up. Service guy came said there was imbalance pressure, need to refill freon. For that he charged me 429$ and said there will be another repair suggested which is pressure switch. He said For pressure switch repair some one will be calling and gives me estimation. Lady from office called me and said it is going to be 1500$ to install that part. Seriously they are trying to get as much, they are not honest at all. I would not recommend this company at all.

Deserves 10 stars. A first-class group of folks, from management to office staff to technicians. Needed to replace 2 old Trane combo A/C and gas heat units. They came in with the best estimate, no pressure, didn't try to up-sell, and even gave us suggestions for a couple ways to save even more. Ultra careful in planning and executing every aspect of install; left the house cleaner than they found it. All good, but it got better. We discovered the new gas heater/blower located in an inside closet in the bedroom wing was way louder than expected and than the old one had been. Not Benefit's fault, just the way Trane designs them these days. They stepped right up to the plate, didn't shirk, and worked diligently on a solution to buffer the noise, and it's way quieter now. Truly outstanding. Would buy another unit from them in a minute but we won't need one now. But you might, and you'll sure benefit from calling Benefit!

I first contacted Chris with Alien Air Conditioning and Heating at 6:05 a.m.on Thursday May 26, without expecting somebody to answer the phone. Chris answered the phone, was very polite listening to what I have to say. I'm out of State owner, he asked me to text him the address and promised me that his team will do the job to get the A/C working at least 75% same day. I was amazed that the job was done as Chris promised due to upcoming memorial day weekend. I am talking about the A/C that another company went to service barely 9 days through management company before I found Alien Air Conditioning and Heating. Chris never try to sell me something my house didn't need. Chris and his team went to my renting house and access what need to be done and see what was done a week before to the A/C. Chris sent me an estimate with pictures of what need to be done and say that he want to do what is necessary to lower the cost. Chris care about owner's compare to other company that has went to my house. Please if you are living out of State I advice you to use Alien Air Conditioning and Heating for A/C services. The company can be trusted 100% and if I have to give this company million stars I will do it. Alien Air Conditioning and Heating went above my expectation. The company is HONEST.
