Best New Furnace Installed in Phoenix AZ

I had been calling around to get a qoute on getting my Unit in out business fixed and everyone was telling me they had to go and check it out and had to pay a fee, when i called i spoke to Mariana she was soo quick to give me an estimate just by the infor i gave her and go someone out next day.

This is an amazing company. Jesse was very kind and gave great service. He properly explained exactly what he was doing and was very friendly. Even got a call from someone higher up and asked how the service was and if I was satisfied. Would really recommend using Goettl if you have any plumbing or AC issues or just need a yearly service done.

Tech Brandon was great at outlining what was to be done and very professional.

Izzy was very personable, clean appearance, professional and knowledgeable. After he was done with the maintenance service, he went over everything with my husband of what all he did in very clear and concise terminology. Any questions we had, he answered. He was a pleasure!I, also, wanted to give a kudos to Ann Marie, in customer service, who called to arrange our plumbing maintenance appt. Ann Marie has a pleasant and kind voice. She was very helpful in arranging the appt for us when we couldn’t have them come out today. She got us set up, repeated the appt information and sent a follow up appointment text. I contacted Just Air to have an old unit inspected. Just Air was able to schedule us in in a timely way, and they communicated well. Bradly went above an beyond to be polite, thorough, and tidy during his inspection of our AC system (both attic and outside). The report he generated--complete with pictures--was just what we needed.

AZ Perfect Comfort is an incredible company to work with. Professional from start to finish, reliable, and no pressure what so ever. I was educated and ended up getting a checkup and Air Scrubber installed at a great price. I highly recommend AZ Perfect Comfort.

Comfort One Air Conditioning Came out the Same Day to Repair our AC Unit. They were prompt, we're pushy, propped up our system and gave us advice on next steps. Honest company, would highly recommend them!

I believe our technician was named Daniel. Regardless he was a very professional technician he came out he was on time and really made sure that I understood everything that was currently going on with my AC unit gave me some options unfortunately I wasn't able to do a full service just because money is tight as I'm sure it is for everyone, but I was able to get quite a few things based on the options that they gave me this was a great experience. Highly professional

My AC went out early in the morning, called first thing and the technician was at my home in 90 minutes. My unit was repaired promptly and is now working properly. The service was speedy and reasonably priced. Excellent job.

The worst company I have ever worked with, they worked through our warranty company starting on May 14th of this year and the AC only worked for a week at a time and would continuously freeze up, apparently due to low Freon. The technicians basically have damaged the entire unit when they set the shroud back on the external condenser puncturing a hole in the system and the compressor has not worked as of today almost 3 months since the first time Above Par company first attempted to repair the unit. The owner is unprofessional, unresponsive after attempting to contact him with multiple calls, his technicians training is to FaceTime the owner to have him explain how to fix and repair the AC as the technicians are inexperienced and basically our warranty gave up in this company because he has no called no showed for yet another repair after the (7) attempts for repair @ 116° weather Over the past (8) days here in Arizona with zero AC working at the house.
We also own a 175gallon salt water fish tank located inside the house and due to the unmanageable extremely high temperatures above 95° in the house multiple expensive salt water fish have recently died in the tank due to the high temps in the house.
DO NOT go to this company avoid them at all costs. The owner continually tried to up charge with Freon even though we were under warranty with the warranty company . Extremely shady company and they do not understand any HVAC systems. Above Par is also being reported to the ROC and we will be filing a small claims suit.

What a great crew! They were on time courteous and very professional. I got a 5 ton trane with great discounts including a military discount. We had some rain but the owner Gerald kept me in the loop and rescheduled quickly . I would recommend them to everyone

Both technicians were very professional and friendly. They were very informative and answered all my questions. There are things that needs to be fixed but I never felt pushed or felt to make a decision now. I really love working with proSkill’s. My coworker recommended and I know why. I have been with ProSkill’s for the last several years and I have to say, I have never been disappointed.

My gas furnace was not turning on, so I reported it to my home warranty company. Velox Air was sent out 3 times to address the issue. They cleaned a deposit off the fuel line on the first visit, changed the setting on a gauge the second time and cleaned the filter the third time. On the third visit, the technician told me that he thought the thermostat was the issue because he was seeing an issue both with the unit turning on and off. He told me that he would request that the thermostat be replaced with my home warranty company. I waited about a week and did not hear back, so I called my home warranty company. They said that Velox had closed the request instead of requesting the thermostat replacement, the warranty company called and spoke to a representative at Velox, who spoke to the technician, who said that he HAD asked for the thermostat to be replaced. Long story, short, the home warranty company approved the thermostat being replaced, but management at Velox has refused to replace it and insists that the furnace (that they never tested) is working fine. I have been dealing with a broken furnace since mid March and still have a broken furnace. Luckily it has gotten warm, so I do not currently need the furnace, but will request another vendor in the fall when I turn it on again. Velox is the worst vendor I have dealt with and I would recommend using someone else for your heating and cooling needs
