Desert Diamond responded to our urgent call when our AC unit stopped working. It was late at night and their dispatch was full for the night. They offered to contact me first thing in the morning and at 5:45 AM I received a call from Cody (Mgr.) informing me that to tell me he was on his way with a 30-minute ETA. I verbally explained the issue and Cody quickly provided me with an assessment of what he believed was going to be the issue and what the cost to repair may be. He pointed out and complemented some of the work that was done at the AC unit unbeknownst to him by another HVAC provider. He had the AC up and running in less than 30 minutes. These guys are the best! They have done quality installs on two of my properties for a very reasonable price. Their attention to detail and honesty are truly refreshing. Their ongoing service on my units continues to be priced fairly and the work is always done in a timely manner. They show up when scheduled, and if any additional work is needed they give a full explanation of all the options available.

The team was on time and very efficient. After the work was completed, I was provided a thorough report on everything that was done and a follow up call to touch base. It is really great to receive that amount of communication and information so we know the exact status of our equipment.

Our AC unit went down during a 114 degree day. Always, on the hottest days, right?! I called about 4 companies for immediate service. (I only call and use licensed contractor's that have excellent reviews along with a good AZROC and BBB standing.) Scottsdale Air Heating & Cooling was the friendliest of all and were able to come out at 5 PM same day. They were sincerely interested in helping us. The tech, Dave, worked on our unit for about 3 1/2 hours until we were able to get cool air. He was very pleasant and clean up after his work.
