After a lot of research and few estimates I received a referral for Day & Night from Ronnie Brion. I contacted Day and Night and soon after Mike came to our home to provide an estimate. He was kind, professional, and informative. After meeting with Mike, I was convinced Day & Night was the right company for us. On the day of the installation the Day & Night crew arrived timely to install 2 outdoor units, 2 air handlers, 2 power sources and 2 thermostats. I had to work on the day of the install so my father-in-law who is a retired lead HVAC tech stayed at the house for me. When I arrived home from work, my father-in-law told me he was extremely impressed with the installation team. He said everyone was in sync and organized. He also said team members were very polite and willing to answer questions on any phase of the installation. A week later Ronnie returned to my home and tested the units for a final inspection. Ronnie was also very informative and professional. My wife and I are VERY HAPPY with Day & Night's entire performance. Thank you for the referral, Ronnie!

Requested a bid from company, and made an appointment for 9am, they didn't show or call. i called and they said they would look into it and get back me, they never did. i don't know why i called back but i did, and they finally send over someone later in the day who didn't look at my equipment or the site it was going or anything for that matter, and proceeded to quote me almost double every other bid i have received.
Very unprofessional i would avoid wasting your time here.

My AC quit working and Ace did the repair the same day called Javier Cruz was the technician assigned to come. He was professional, courteous and very patient with all my questions. I will always call Ace for all my service needs.

My experience was terribly unfortunate. I called and made an appointment for a specific repair, as soon as the technician arrived he tried to upsell. He definitely was nit understanding what I wanted done. During the repair he was on the phone talking to someone. The repair took him forever because of him talking on the phone. I have previously used Parker and sons happily so which is why I called them again. But, with the poor service AND lengthy service since he was on the phone I will NOT be using Parker and Sons again. I called Comfort Experts and they came to my house in less than an hour, when my AC was broken. Of course it was over 100 degrees outside. Ryan came to my house, and had my AC working within three hours of when it was broken. I was very surprised at how reasonable the service costs too!!!! This was an outstanding experience. I would recommend them to anyone

Freddy Perez (with Patrick Riley) did a good job, very knowledgeable, and very friendly & likeable. The first company to look at our system wanted to replace the interior cooling coils without even looking at them, or alternatively to sell us a new AC unit. Freddy discovered a small leak near the condenser, but the major problem was clogged orifices on the interior cooling coils & this was repaired for approximately half the price of the first quote. Unfortunately the condenser fan motor was nearing failure, so we elected to replace it along with a new capacitor, & Freddy took care of that. The system was working great within a few hours & there was no hard sell! I'll request Freddy with PR again.

Owner , Dustin, called at 8 am and said he would be out that day to install my new water heater. I asked him if he would be doing it himself. He said yes. I informed him I would like to be here during installation. Hours went by and I finally got a text at 2pm stating someone is going to my house now. The tech actually was already at my house my babysitter told me. I was very upset. I should have been called BEFORE someone was at my house and a time should have been discussed. I am not just sitting around my house all day waiting for someone to show up with no notice. I informed him I was not home and I specifically told him I wanted to be there. Also, I was upset he sent some other tech after he told me he would be doing it himself. I agreed to let that technician take out the heater and I would be home by the time the other one went in. I arrived at home to find nothing had been done. I had to call him when I got home and asked him why it wasn't removed. He said he sent the tech to another job. I asked him again if this is going to be done today. He said YES! However, 5:00 comes around with no call from Dustin. He text me at 5:00 asking if I needed it done tonight or can it wait until tomorrow. I text him back and said I really need it tonight. I have been without hot water for 3 days already. I have 4 kids and we all need a shower. Five minutes later I got a phone call from someone else in his company , since he didn't want to tell me himself, saying a technician had a death in the family and could not do it tonight. Really?! 5 minutes late all the sudden their is a death?! He was just hoping I would let him off the hook and tell him he could come tomorrow morning and when I didn't say that he made his buddy call me with a an excuse. What a horrible excuse. At least be honest. I was extremely upset. I called the next day and Dustin was very rude could clearly care less about customer service. I ended up having to find another company to do the work. Luckily the next company was AWESOME! He could have had a customer for life if he could have just been honest and followed through with what he told me he was doing. He has now not only lost my business but he has lost my grandma's as well (who was a previous customer). We will be taking all our business to the new company I found.
