After reading several different businesses and submitting a request, fortunately one shot Gabe called me. After having a conversation and sending him several pictures he gave me a quick diagnosis. Gabe gave me the best avenue to buy the heater. He then went and picked up the heater and all the necessary parts and came and installed it all in one afternoon. Amazing guy! I would highly recommend Gabe and his helpers. He is a professional, responsible with integrity and a very kind personality.

We are extremely happy with George Brazil. Our electrical technician, John Endean, did a wonderful job installing our outdoor ceiling fans. He also did work inside the house to our satisfaction. He is courteous, professional, knowledgeable and informed us every step of the process. He has a nice personality and easy to talk to and ask any questions. He was neat and cleaned up after he finished. We would highly recommend your company and John Endean as an electrical technician.

I made a home warranty claim and was assigned Penguin Air as my contractor. Every person I spoke to in the office (Darcy for the initial call and Kat for scheduling) were extremely friendly and professional. Once my appointment was made, I received emails and texts to advise me of my appointment window. On the day of my appointment I received an email/text stating who the service pro was coming to my house along with a photo of the service pro. I was most pleased with this. I was home for this appointment, but if my wife was home she said she'd feel better knowing who was coming to her house before they arrived.Randy Ostrov was my assigned service pro. Instantly his friendliness and professionalism was apparent. I have dealt with my fair share of AC repairmen over the years and their ego and bravado get in the way of trying explain things to a customer. Randy sold my overall opinion of Penguin Air. He was engaging, well spoken, and very easy to deal with. I was comfortable with the service I received on my units and would highly recommend Penguin Air for anyone's Air needs.Thanks Randy!
