We scheduled an appointment in advance and gave them a list of what needed done. They were scheduled to come out Friday between 9am-1pm. I get a text at 12:18pm stating that they have to cancel my appointment. They gave no reason as to why they needed to cancel. I had already set aside time from my day to be there to show the handyman what needed done. They were extremely disrespectful of my time that I took out of my busy work day and were not able to remedy the situation. I asked for them to please send someone else that day as we had so many things that needed done for our Airbnb but they were not able to send anyone out. I feel this is highly unprofessional to not even give a reason for the cancelation or provide a solution to the problem. I will not be using them again because of their disrespectful attitude towards my business and time. Poor Customer Service

This review is long overdue. The team at ProFix Handyman remodeled my whole kitchen last year. My kitchen was more than 20 years old and needed to be gutted and completely replaced from the walls to the cabinetry. Luckily, John took care of it and made sure every detail in the kitchen was perfect before he finished the job. Thank you for finishing up the kitchen quickly and just in time for Thanksgiving!! Since then I have been calling this company for anything that goes wrong in my house. I definitely recommend: A+ service

I reached out to C&S Handyman Services for paving work as well as place a raised flower bed. They showed up on time, was very thorough, even offered a few ideas that I had not thought of.

I will be calling on them again as home improvement-landscaping projects arise.

Best handyman out there!!!! Had a simple thing to fix and he came all the way at 9pm to come fix it! On a Saturday!!! Definitely will use him for anything I have around the house!!! I would definitely recommend!!!!

On a recent move to the Cave Creek area and were fortunate enough to find Mark with All Phase Handyman Services. Mark has done a plethora of work for us and always provides competent, thorough, efficient and exemplary service. He absolutely knows what he is doing with reference to his All Phase name - competent in all phases of home maintenance whether it be electrical, plumbing, construction - you name it - he does it and he does it well! He is a multi-tasker and does not dilly-dally around wasting time - therefore - making him respectful of your dollars spent and projects needing done. Don't hesitate to hire him for all of your handyman projects - you won't be sorry!

They underbid the job and cut corners with painting. There's only 1 person with experience, the other 3 consist of 2 teenage boys and an elderly woman who needed constant direction. They bid it to be done in 3 days, took 2 weeks and some days they didn't show or call. They changed color and finish halfway through without notice. I don't recommend these people, they quit before they finished, so we had to hire another contractor to finish the job. Watch out for the female boss, she controls the money and all of the shortcuts they take.
