Great service. We bought two air conditioners from this company. Steve Schilling is extremely knowledgeable. He listened to all of our preferences before suggesting certain units. Following up, the company is quick to respond to any concerns after installation. Steve thoroughly checks out every aspect to our satisfaction, and educates us about their operation. Steve and Cody are thorough, polite and prompt about service calls. We highly recommend them both.

Derrick was phenomenal! We had some things come up during our yearly AC check up that we weren’t planning. However Derrick and his manager handled everything really well and I’m glad that I chose them for our AC needs!

It was a delight to work with Leah, Andy and Miles over the phone and via email throughout the entire process! Although the AC equipment was delayed due to the world's current supply chain issue, once it finally arrived, it was installed seamlessly to the church fellowship hall and kitchen existing AC system. These guys and gals go above and beyond to ensure their customer's complete satisfaction with their long-term guarantee of the equipment, installation, and future maintenance.

This company was terrific. They sent Henry and he worked tirelessly...almost 24 hours within two days. My system was very old, and it was quite a challenge to install the new unit. I recommend this company without any hesitation!!!

I own a rental property in Phoenix, but live out of state. I've had a service contract for maintenance checks every 6 months for the A/C unit with Benefit Air since 2011. This company is efficient, and customer service is excellent. Bottom line, I have peace of mind knowing that if anything should go wrong with the unit, especially in the Arizona heat, Benefit Air will be there to fix it. REEIs has been our home air conditioning company for about 8 years. They upgraded the energy efficiency (new insulation, duct sealing etc.) and replaced the air conditioner in our home with positive and noticeable results. Solid, communicative, and honest business. 5 stars.

Alien Air is AMAZING!! I had a part replaced on my air conditioner and mentioned I needed some duct repair from the October storm. Other places stayed a minimum of $2500 to work on it. Alien not only fixed the ductwork but sealed and a bit more for more than less than half the others price.
BEST? Jamison and Jose were professional, friendly and actually cleaned up after their work was done. They explained everything; offered suggestions but never pushed anything.
I HIGHLY recommend this company.

The tech was amazing, he used his expertise and bring our bank's HVAC back to life.

Had a fuse blow on our A/C unit called them at night and they had someone out the next day to take of the issue and also had them replace our old thermostat, I would highly recommend them for how quickly they got the issues resolved.

I am writing this on behalf of my family who had a evaporative cooler placed in their home. The cooler has NEVER worked. We have had you guys come out 10 times but yet it has NEVER fixed the problem. We have called numerous times and have NEVER gotten a return phone call. We are so dissapointed in the service we have received, especially considering we purchased our air conditioner from your company a few years previous. We finally called someone else and paid to have a higher caliber pump placed in the unit. The customer service we have received is absolutely unacceptable. We will be telling everyone we know to never use your company.

Manny has been out to my house a couple times in the last year and has knocked it out of the park each time. The guy knows his stuff and has both of our units running in tip top shape!

I was very pleased with Jimmy, the service technician. He explained everything and was very professional, and answered all of my questions. We had several faucets and toilets that needed rebuilding or replacing at our parish. Now everything works like new!

Gabriel redid the wiring for our new oven and also replaced some 50 year old wiring that needed updating. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. We were very happy with the service.

I had a mini-split installed and Preferred Air did a great job. I got several estimates and they were competitive with their price. Maybe more importantly, Daniel Hernandez answered all questions with honesty. Told me what l needed and what l didn’t need (unlike a competitor who wanted to sell things l didn’t need). The were timely with their appointments and left the worksite clean. They answered questions even as they did their work. I highly recommend them and I’m very confident l made the right choice.
