They had been friendly and professional from the time we called to the time the service was completed. They were accurate and thorough. We would use them again. APES did a great job of making our total home comfortable. All the staff were courteous, professional and efficient. They will be our HVAC people now and in the future. You need APES in your HVAC life!!!

Diamond Desert Mechanical has been TERRIFIC to work with! Steve S. took extra time and care to identify what was needed to eliminate dust issues, uneven heating and cooling in the house, and air quality concerns. He determined the most cost-effective way to achieve those results. Then David and his professional and courteous crew (Austin, Frank, Justin, Steven) did a super job of making the changes. They explained everything they were doing, made sure that my furniture was protected from any resulting dust and residue from the duct work, and did a meticulous job of cleaning up when finished. I work from home and they willingly accommodated my call schedule. They went above and beyond with extra time and effort to make sure that everything was left in better condition than when they arrived. A week after installation I had questions about the air scrubber that was installed and Steve has been just as helpful and responsive as he was before the sale was made. I wish all companies had people as professional, capable, helpful and considerate as this group of guys! Oh yes…I’ve had my system for 2 weeks now and it is delivering as expected…very little dust in the house and more even cooling. Kudos to the team!
June 2020 UPDATE: Mario performed the summer service and he was on time and did a very thorough job. He cleaned my Clean Effects filter even though it was only partially dirty...very pro-active. I continue to be satisfied with the system and with Desert Diamond Mechanical.

Mark with Goettl came out to my mom's house after a disaster after Christmas holiday. He was professional, courteous and did a really good job explaining things. Mark was punctual and communicated arrival time almost to the minute. And the service was amazing, couldn't be more pleased. A big thank you for him and Goettl team, great job, definitely would use them again!!

1st Choice Mechanical stayed in contact leading up to the appointment and gave several opportunities to reschedule had it been necessary. James was on time and very polite. James was thorough, professional and informative. He explained an ongoing issue relative to home warranty options which I appreciated, leaving me to make a non pressure related, informed decision. I have used Four Seasons for the past 3 years. They are truly the best AC company out there. The communication is exceptional from there dispatch. Tech was very professional and knowledgeable, takes time to explain findings and how they are going to proceed.

After placing my urgent call to the S&G office of a broken ac unit, they told me someone would be here within the hour. Kyle called and was at our home within 45 minutes. He fixed our a/c unit and explained the problem very professionally. Kudos to Kyle with S&G Mechanical for prompt, courteous and professional service.

Juan from Benefit Air arrived on time, was polite, courteous, and focused on giving us an AC tune-up and coil cleaning. I was satisified with his work.

The repair was fine and reasonable.The Freon needed topped off but he would not do it because he said he needed to check for a Freon leak. It was only down 2 pounds in 5 years. Not much!So we just wanted to top off, but he wouldn’t do it. We feel they just wanted to charge us more.

We realized the crew arrived nearly 20 minutes before the Sales representative's expected start time. The crew greeted us at 7:00 a.m., went over the work order with us, and asked if we had any questions. They answered all of our questions and gave us a plan out goal for the rest of the day. Taber came out to handle my heating service maintenance! He had such amazing customer service and was able to breakdown what was going on with my system. So incredibly impressed with Preferred Air. After a disastrous experience with our home warranty, Preferred Air came to our rescue. Our A/C had been out almost a week at this point when I called them. Daniel came the same day (incredible!) and identified the issue right away. He spent time with his diagnostic tools etc. with the unit to make sure everything was in working order and functioning properly. He even gave me some things to look out for in the unit for the future. So grateful and happy!!! Never call anyone else. Preferred Air is all you need!!
