Best Hvac Duct Sealing in Phoenix AZ

The AC at my parents house stoped working this morning.So I did a little research and found Desert Diamond. They had great reviews compared to Bob Brown Heating and Cooling, which my parents had used for yrs. Called around 8am and they were able to have someone come out same day. The tech, Dontre arrived almost an hour before scheduled earliest time which was great! He was very friendly and promptly diagnosed the problem. He was able to replace the fan motor and check all components to ensure the unit would be up and running. The AC is now running great and blowing ice cold! The unit is quite old and will need to be replaced so Dontre gave several estimates for new units. Will definitely be using them for all future repairs, maintenance and eventual replacement!

George was very professional identifying the problem that my HVAC had and fixed the problem quickly, which avoided replacing the whole system and kept my house cool in super hot days. I had a number of concerns about my AC system after a home inspector tagged a few different areas of concern. Preferred Air had every opportunity to find a bunch of problems and charge me for each, but the contractor spent close to an hour crawling around my attic, taking photos, testing the drip lines, checking all my vents etc only to tell me everything looks fine and recommend regular maintenance in the spring. The assessment was affordable and I felt the contractor was honest and genuine. He answered all my questions, showed me photos and examples, and gave me a full range of options. He gave me prices for maintenance and future, non-urgent repairs and encouraged me to focus on other areas of the house before worrying about the HVAC. I will definitely return as a customer.

Anthony went above and beyond expectations. He worked quickly and efficiently but he took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He taught me how to clean another filter I had in the house, which had been accumulating dust for several years. Very pleasant personality. I would certainly request him again.

I would recommend that you have Green ID check your home and make all necessary improvements to prevent further wast of your money in high power bills. They are super thorough in details and repairs that will improve your homes efficiency. In the beginning it sound like a lot, but it will pay for itself in the end. It all happens in a day. I would really tell you that if at all get your AC system sealed. That's 80% of people's problem.

SMW uses a telemarketers to offer tune ups for $29.95. I confirmed twice that it was a complete tune up and the telemarketer verified it was both times. I thought that they were offering a good deal and wanted to earn my business. I was given a 3 hour window for the technician to show up. I waited almost 4 hours until he showed up. Then he told me all he was going to do was to look at the wiring and see if anything needed to be done to the unit. By no means was he tuning anything up and I declined that service once I figured out the scam. I had to wait 4 hours for something my normal AC company would have come out and done by a set appointment. For free too. The technician said that they call it a tune up but should really define it as an inspection. He also said that if they called it an inspection they would not have the same response from people when doing the phone sales. So, they obviously know that this is misleading! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS OFFER AND BEWARE!

I would recommend Scottsdale Air every single time. Back in August, my upstairs unit was not working, I called Scottsdale Air as they were the ones who had done our initial installation and they had done a great job. Dave came and gave a quote. While we were deciding on a day that worked for us, the a/c came back on by itself, so we ended up not getting the repair done. But this past week, the unit stopped working again. When I called Scottsdale Air, Jacob the manager said he would honor the original quote. Dave was the one who came again and instead of just going ahead and installing what we had discussed previously, he did another diagnostic, found a leak, replaced the coil, all at no additional cost inspite of the size of the additional job. The initial job which was to take 2 hours ended up taking almost 6 because he had to go pick another part up, call another technician to help him, and do extra work.Not only that, he made sure that he wore booties inside the house because he noticed that we don't wear shoes inside the house. Every single time he had to go in and out of the house (which was a lot ), he would take them off, put them back on. The Scottsdale Air team is great, especially Dave - all about the customer, very fair in their dealings and you could see that they take pride in the quality of work they do.

My AC problem was quickly identified. Before calling Phoenix AC and Heating Experts, I called my home warranty company, and they sent someone who couldn't find the problem. I sought a second opinion from Phoenix AC and Heating Experts, and they quickly identified and corrected the problem. I'm glad I called them because they went above and beyond my expectations.
