They broke my AC unit while doing a tune up. They don’t operate 24hrs a day despite their ads. Couldn’t have cared any less when I told them my unit had been broken by their maintenance person earlier today. IThey actually gave me attitude when I asked if they could call some techs to come out.
Great experience and service! Called One Hour at about 6 pm on a Friday and somebody showed up literally within an hour. Jalen was able to diagnose and fix our AC. Thank you!

One of my HVAC units decided to go out on me at 9 PM in the middle of the summer. Really, really hot. I must’ve called 10 different places and none of them could come out until the next day. Even ones that said they were 24 hour service! But these guys came! They came within the hour and they did a great job taking care of me. I was so impressed with the service that I signed up for there year-long maintenance package which is very affordable. They will be my new go to HVAC company from now on !
I am so thankful for this company. My AC unit completely died and I needed a new unit ASAP - they were so kind and professional and quick! Todd came to my home to give me a quote and he was nice enough to take it upon himself to check out my swamp cooler I was using to cool the house and he actually showed me where I should put water in so it will cool better. He was such a genuine decent person it warmed my heart. Sam with the install crew was also a very kind person and we had no trouble with logistics. I’m sorry he had to see my family drama but even then he was still very nice and professional also understanding and relatable we chatted about our kids while he did the last couple things. Very nice people within this company and I would not have AC today if it weren’t for them. I am so blessed and beyond grateful. We are enjoying the cool air comfortably! We had been turned down by multiple other companies stating that they are done doing spring tune ups for the season and couldn’t get us in until august or October. We called One Hour, and they came out two days later, they were on time, very professional and gave us information on the status of our AC unit, which was very helpful since we had just purchased the home with in the last year. They were recommended to us from a family member, and we would Highly recommend them to anyone looking for an AC company.

LeCarl was very easy to understand and seemed knowledgeable about the equipment.
They are a rip off. They sent out a tech who really did not know what he was doing. He wanted to clean the coil and help fit a basic thermostat and we would supply the thermostat and he wanted after special discounts $950-00. It was a favor he told us.
They charged $99-00 to come out. That would be fair if they knew what they were doing - tech was clueless. I know nothing about aircon or at least very little. I seemed to know more than him. By the way the aircon is working just fine - just wanted a service. When a tech comes out and starts googling how to service and wire a thermostat you know you have the wrong company!

Here’s the real deal. This company will attempt to sell you something on every trip to your house. They have a first responders program in which they give free inspections. However with each inspection comes a rather pricey part that they say needs to be replaced. Twice now I have had their work and assessment double checked by a smaller reputable company and I was told that I did not need any of the repairs as claimed by One Hour. So much for the appreciation of first responders. They are about money and the last technician sent to do a free check could barely formulate a sentence. Go else where with a smaller reputable technician.
We had the pleasure of working with Earl Hopkins, Jr. He was a constant professional and took care of our AC needs in a hurry. One Hour AC & Heating was fantastic as they got out the same day to review the situation, contacted the warranty company and resolved the issue in 24 hours.

My tech was friendly and professional. Jalen answered all of my questions and made a small repair that I needed. I was so impressed I signed up for the comfort club program. When you live in the desert there’s no such thing as having too much peace of mind when it comes to your AC!
Josh did a great job servicing our HVAC unit today. He is new to Arizona having just moved from California! He did a great job, was very personable and replaced our air filter on this Heroes Service call. I was excited to meet Josh and very pleased with his Customer Service! After dealing with many other companies I met Todd Angler. He guided me through the painful process and educated me on everything I needed to know before purchasing. It all seemed like a great sale and was really sold on their process until the install where they only sent one unit instead of the 2 that I purchased. Some confusion somewhere in the ordering department only sent a unit and the installer ( a sub contractor) installed it. Another miscommunication and my second unit was removed and they were going to have the unit sent over and installed later that day. End of the day and still had not heard or seen anybody come back. Called HQ and they were not even aware of the situation and didn't even have plans on sending someone over. They finally sorted out their own mess and finally called back and sent Sam at 6PM and he finally had the unit running but not done at midnight so by this point I had been dealing with their stupidity from 0600 until Midnight only to have them comeback the next day to finish. Since then I have placed multiple requests for TOD ANGLER to call back and 6 months later I am still waiting on his call back.
Today was just to get an estimate, but the technician Todd was very professional, friendly, and informative. This was my first quote for whole home humidifier, once I get the other quotes I will make a decision, but they were very professional very happy with them!
Jalen was the tech that showed up today. He did an awesome job and explained everything that was done and some things that probably should be done in the future. No high pressure upsells or anything. I’d highly recommend him and One Hour Air!

This company has a great veterans program and my tech Sam was very nice. I will definitely be signing up for their Direct energy plan. We are thank for those thankful for the things we've done.
Sam was responsive within minutes of my call to the office. He diagnosed the problem quickly, processed the paperwork quickly, got the part and installed very efficiently. I am very satisfied and would recommend Sam and Phoenix One Hour Heating & Cooling.
When my air conditioner went out I was referred to this company by my normal air-conditioning guy because he was backed up on jobs and felt that I could get a quicker response. Although technicians were polite, their expertise and attention to detail was certainly subpar. The technicians did not finish the job (leaving the attic access hatch damaged and detached), and they damaged shelving and drywall claiming that it was that way before they arrived. They also installed the unit without a proper drip pan. Within 10 hours of the install water was gushing through my ceiling damaging additional drywall throughout the house and setting off safety alarms.
The company has yet to take responsibility for their errors and demonstrate ownership to solve the problem.
I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

This company was able to get a tech out to our house within 2 hours of a late Friday afternoon call. We were kept up to date about his arrival with a couple of phone calls from Pitzer's. Problem with our AC unit was found after a couple of hours and repaired promptly even though it was getting late. Tech hung in there and did most of the repair Friday night, and finished up on Saturday the next day.

I first heard about this company on the News in October of 2018 however they didn't contact me until the end of July. They offered a heroes program for veterans which intrigued me. The technician came to the house to service my AC which is about 2 years old and he determined that I needed a new motor and capacitor. I passed. A week or so later I started having problems with one of the units so I called the company again in which I was notified that I would have to pay $89 for the visit which I thought was absurd. So another technician came to the house and assessed the same problem. My instincts told me to contact another company who came out and said that the motor and capacitor were working great and that the problem was the Zoning Panel and I needed new filters. I went with the second company who prices were very reasonable and my air feels great. This company never checked the zoning panel. I am very disappointed with this company that they tried to sell me parts that I did not need. I would have sent several thousand dollars on parts/filters that I did not need. The one part that I did buy from this company was $100 more than the company who assessed the problem correctly. Get more than one assessment and quote when looking for a company to service your AC/Heating unit.

We have had constant and inconsistent issues with the AC unit in the home we are renting. Trevor was working on the roof of a house behind us and noticed our unit kicking on and kicking right back off within seconds and we were outside in our backyard at the time and started talking to him about it. He told us to call his company and he would come out and look at it for us. He was very courteous, professional and informative on diagnosing what the problem with the unit is. Unfortunately, we have a landlord who is cheap and did not want to spend the money for the AC to be fixed properly. He also treated the tech unprofessionally (which we are very sorry about, it upset us as well.)
I will definitely be using Pitzer’s in the future when we move. I would highly recommend them to any of my family or friends just due in part to the professionalism and the proper diagnoses of the problem.
Our AC unit was leaking into our attic and started leaking into our bedroom. I called One Hour Air in the morning and asked if they would be able to get us in that morning. They were able to get a technician over within an hour and a half, other companies I called couldn’t make it until the next day. Earl was super professional and accessed what the issue was. He was able to fix our major issue within two hours. I would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

I’m not exactly sure if it’s Todd that came out but it was a new kid and I can’t remember his name but oh my he was the nicest and most helpful young man. There wasn’t anything wrong with our air conditioner but he made some suggestions that completely fixed the problem! Looking back I really wish I would have given him a tip because whatever he did saved so much misery. I’m so thankful for him !!!
Arrived within a few hours of our scheduling an emergency appointment on Christmas Eve. Repaired thermostat in guest house in rapid time. Courteous and professional and amazing that it all happened on a holiday evening and made our large family get together much more comfortable. Charges extremely reasonable for an emergency call. This is the 2nd visit in 3 years that the technician was out of line . I was to have maintenance done on the furnace and I believe he did the AC . The tech arrived w/o a mask, asked for too much personal information and told me I could sit while he checked the rest of the house. I asked if the filter was changed and he said it didn't need it. He proceeded to lower the thermostat and go out and check the condenser. what does that have to do with the furnace? Too my knowledge he de not go into the attic where the furnace is. The batteries on the thermostat needed to be changed which I did when he left. No big deal because I checked the thermostat when he left. He could have mentioned it. I believe in tipping which is customary seeing as how I was in Communications. Bad move on my part
Usually an invoice or work order is emailed. Haven't received one. Don't know what was put down work wise. I need to know that the furnace was maintained.
After requesting a 2nd visit a tech came out and replaced the filter.
He was very polite, professional and efficient.

Rodney worked his tail off trying to find the leak in my system. He checked and re-checked every component. Even tho he was unable to find the leak, he recharged it and replaced a part that was not working and did it all for a very fair price. He was friendly and professional. Nathan came by to look at our two AC units for annual maintenance/inspection. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He provided quotes for suggested duct cleaning. We declined at the time, but we'll likely have them cleaned by them soon. Due to his professionalism and courteousness, I would definitely use him again. Thx
I requested an inspection and repair and was given a four hour window from 3-7 and was quoted a $99 service fee. I received a call from Sam the Tech around 5 stating the after hours fee is $119. The tech found that the faulty unit was low on refrigerant and charged it for ~$250. He didn't see the leak, a foot from the charging port but quoted me $800 to perform a leak test. He did not inspect the rest of them system. 3 days later the freon was gone again. We were able to get another company to comes out a few days later. They immediately found and repaired the leak. They also replaced the freon at no charge. I requested a refund for the freon from one hour and have yet to hear back. Save yourself a lot of time and money and go with another company.

Awful experience with this company, stay away! One Hour Air claimed our unit was not under warranty when in fact it was. They wanted to charge us $2300 for a part and refused to call the manufacturer. We called another company and yes all parts and labor are covered. Very shady practices going on in this company .One Hour installed our units 8 years ago. We had been loyal customers since. Beware of this company, they are not trustworthy!
I had One hour come out to inspect my HVAC. They were very professional and the tech was able to show anhd explain to me what the issues were. I would use them again

I am a Veteran and a member of the Hero's Club and get a service call summer and winter. This was my winter service call and Nathan was very good.
He checked my heating system and recommended some things that I didnt know about that had not failed but were getting worn and I appreciate that.
He offered the prices for the work and also a service plan to save money on the work.
I really like that when he arrived he put on shoe covers to protect my carpet.
When it comes time for repairs, I will call them back.

PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE CONTRACTING THIS COMPANY
My mother had her furnace cleaned on December 9th and it was a $268.50. They came once, not twice.
Checking her credit card statement, I discovered there was a charge from 4 days earlier, for once again, $268.50.
So I decided to give them a call. What a useless half an hour that was. All I got was excuses and false reasons that didn’t even make any sense. And who charges $99 for a furnace filter!
Overall I’d give this company a zero if possible and don’t let them scam you into over $500 worth of baloney. Taking advantage of elderly people this way is just wrong. Replacing a filter and cleaning a furnace does NOT cost over $500.

Beware, this company is questionable in their practices! We had One Hour Air Conditioning out last week after one of our units went out. It took them 3 days to get here. The technician gave us 3 different stories as to why the unit was not working. We have 8 year old units which were purchased and installed through One Hour Air. We have a 10 warranty on all parts and labor for the units through the manufacturer. One Hour Air was claiming parts and labor were not covered under warranty and wanted to charge us $2300 ( and could take up to 2 months for the part to come in). Long story short , parts and labor were covered 100% and we called another another company to come out. We needed a new compressor because the txv valve went bad. We have air conditioning again! I feel One Hour would have taken our money and charged the manufacturer also, making double profit on our situation. We called the manufacturer and gave our unit's serial numbers and they said all parts in the units are covered for 10 years ( One Hour Air refused to call the manufacturer). I think there are shady practices going on in this company, very disappointing since we have been loyal customers for the last 9 years. Take your business to a company that is trustworthy.
Fernando Godinez did a great job. Once again we had an electrical problem. When the thermostat was replaced 3 weeks ago, the wiring for the electric static filter was not reattached. Fernando found this problem when he was replacing the filter. It was an easy fix but still required access to the attic.Entire maintenance time was done in under 1 hour.

My family and I were without a working AC for less than 24 hours. A tech was sent out the day of my call, found that my system couldn't be repaired, then was back out the next morning to install a new one. They were done before lunch time. Amazing customer service and friendly people!! ??

☆ Well had to edit my review.. we called this place and had them come out because they advertised 15% off for military and first responders, they acknowledged it and so did my technician, so i payed my bill around midnight and didn't notice the discount wasn't on there till the next moring, called back several times only to be told that I would receive it after it gets approved, one lady crystal told me it was approved, then another told me it wasn't.. no manager will call me back. And still no one knows anything there, so if your calling this place for a discount service they advertised make sure it's on the bill when you pay!
☆☆☆☆☆ Just a little bit of a lack of communication between didpacth, technician and me but overall extremely satisfied with the work and service the did on a weekend! Travis was my tech and he was great! Walked me threw every step he was doing.
Nathan showed up and almost immediately gave me the impression he did not want to work on my problem. He came upstairs turned on my thermostat, didn't even run any tests, looked at the location of the unit and said he would need to go up on the roof but didn't feel he could get up there to check the air conditioner. He called his supervisor and came back to me saying he cannot complete the service without a tall enough ladder to get up on the roof. All he can suggest is calling a commercial serviceman. He said have a nice afternoon and left. Afterwards, I went to the store, bought and replaced the thermostat and now the house is cooling down perfectly. I told him already that a serviceman (same company) worked on same thermostat and made adjustments which likely brought on the problem. If Nathan had been motivated enough to check it and tested the thermostat, he would have fixed the problem. I will not recommend this company ever for any service. Please stay away.

One hour fix has turned into an eight month fix. The guy came out in September to fix my AC. Claims they needed to order parts, left never came back. This was in the winter so I had him check my heater as well in which he also said that it needed parts. They finally came out about a week ago and still said they needed to order parts. I’m now without an AC and heater. This experience has been a frustrating one as the days are getting warmer. ?

Our AC stopped working in the middle of the night. While lots of companies say they are 24 hour, these guys actually had someone answer who could help. They got to my house within 6 hours which is amazing during the busy AZ summer. He did more then he had to and was so professional. Will totally be using these guys again.
Jorge was extremely helpful when I discovered that my AC blower motor was not working. He identified the problem, arranged for replacement parts and got it back working. Took two visits, but that was fine. Thanks.
Service was within 2 hours on one of the worst heat days of the month. The Tech was to go one the roof and check out the problem and let us know what was wrong.
He found the problem was a condenser fan motor and replaced it WITHOUT telling us. $852 later he told me what happened. Had he told us what was wrong I could have gotten the ok from my homeowners warranty co. But since he had already done the work, we cannot be reimbursed. NOT GOOD POLICY.
When I complained they gave me the service call fee (89) and $50 off the bill. Helps some, but will not be using them again.
Be sure you know who you are dealing with. First and last time with this company
Our AC went out last night and we called for 24 emergency service that never showed up or even called back. We called One hour Air and they took care of us! Their prices blew the other guys out of the water! Our Tech was amazing . We will never use anyone else

I have been working with this company for a few years now. I have found that they are out only for the money. I have been told many different things need to be replaced on my AC unit when the parts are working efficiently. They quoted a ridiculous amount to replace my coil....I could just go buy a new unit. They lack in professionalism as they show up to my home looking like a 2 year old that dressed themselves.

Haven’t actually had their service because I’m still waiting! Was told my appointment was between 8:00- 12:00 then they sent an email that said it was changed to 1:00. I called to verify they would be at my house at 1:00. (There’s 2 85 year old people in my home and it’s 105 outside.) I was told by the lady on the phone that they would be there between 1-5! The email said 1:00, and you should contact the customer by phone if there’s a change in time, not email them. I would chose to cancel the appointment rather then wait all day in the heat!
Horrible. They came and charged me $89 to quote me an outrageous amount for a repair or replacement AC. The tech told me factually incorrect information. They tried to pressure me into a $9000 new AC. Then I had 5 other companies come out for FREE and all quoted less than $5k for a new one. Don't get ripped off by this awful company.
Eric was the most helpful and professional gentleman we have ever had the pleasure of having in our home. His friendly demeanor and knowledge of the heating and air conditioning system is most impressive. I am incredibly disappointed with this company. I have been sitting with a client of this company for over an hour as we have tried to get a hold of a supervisor as her HVAC system was installed incorrectly. I HIGHLY recommend NOT using this company. Not only did they make a HUGE mistake in installing the system but they also just keep putting her on hold while she is trying to get a hold of a supervisor.

This Morning December 12, 2018, Eric arrived for my service call. He greeted me by telling me his name. I found Eric to be very congenial, friendly, professional and knowledgeable .Most willing to help and answered all my questions with good advice.
Eric executed his work neatly, and knew exactly what had to be done.

I was at my sister's house in Phoenix and we had an emergency, the AC went out at 2am. We called Pitzer's and they had it fixed super quick and did it for a reasonable price.
Very nice tech too.
The A/C had issues. Earl came over and replaced a part and the cooled air began to flow!!! They are now on my who do I call list.
Earl at One Hour Air was a professional and personable tech, and resolved our AC issue in the middle of the Arizona Summer. I would use One Hour Air of Phoenix again.

Just a period inspection but Travis very friendly, on time, and explained exactly what he was going to do. Also gave us heady advice on whether our patio home needed a humidifier.

Won't live up to reputation wanted 1300.00 or more ,to fix it , for a 200.00 part. I found a one hour heating and a/c to do it with part for 700.00. Reminder the part is warrantied and also recalled. Would not use them again. They are thieves!!!!!!

I was going to give a one star because the last tech that came to my house did not even bother doing the job. This tech did an outstanding job inspecting my furnace. This tech deserve a five star.

This company actually listened to my concerns and needs rather than trying to sell me a prepackaged system and while not the cheapest system available it was far more appropriate for my home than those offered by other companies.

Well I have to tell before Ed showed up We were only going to get a quote since we in the past were not treated well by this company when install was done back in 2009. Misquotes were given and the installation was a joke the people they hired were rude and not professional at all. After speaking with Ed this morning my husband and I decided to give One Hour Air Company another try. LOVE the way Ed presented the warrenty and guarantees and after he showed the guarantee that the employees that will be installing are pre approved by the company we felt assured this time will be a whole different experience.
