Fixed a leak in my hot water heater in no time and serviceman was extremely pleasant...11.11.20I cannot say enough great things about Penguin Air and Plumbing. Fantastic customer service experience from start to finish. My AC unit stopped working and they had someone to my house within 3 hours to fix it. Jimmy and Christian the service techs were extremely knowledgeable and friendly and had the issue diagnosed and fixed right away. Thank you for your great service!!!

I had such a great experience working with Tom for the two repairs needed at my home. Tom arrived on time and was extremely friendly and professional. He took his time making sure that his work was thorough and correct. Without asking, he even added extra notes to my invoice as he knew I would be submitting it to the city for reimbursement. They came out and had our ac running tip top in a couple of hours having to pickup where someone else had failed miserably. Real professionals from the office to the field tech's.
