Cody at Desert Diamond Air was fantastic. My air conditioner in the house was on and off making a noise and then it stop completely and I could smell burnt rubber. I turned it off and thought now what am I to do. It was 9:30 in the evening. I google air conditioning companies and theirs came up at the top open 24 hours. I called and he came within and hour and fix my air. I am so grateful for his service. Thank You and I do recommend them.

Day & Night Is Amazing company !!I received a coupon for Air Conditioner service for $59.00 so I decided to give them a call to book an appt. The receptionist who answered the call was incredibly kind and friendly. When the Technician showed up he was very nice and professional. After the technician did his work/inspection he diagnosed the work my home needed. I received the same recommendations from four companies in Arizona. The technician recommended I meet with Shaun Lewis the comfort Advisor who was another great Person ! Who checked everything. He listened to me and my concerns and everything was very smooth.The technician who did the work were courteous, polite and explained their process every step of the way. They wanted to ensure I was happy. Every person I interacted with at Day & Night was happy and very helpful! They always kept me posted on schedules for other work like ducts and insulation. If there was ever something I didn’t agree with I talked to Mr Willie Rodriguez and he assured me that he would correct.Thank you so much to Mr Ronnie Brion who did the final check once the work was completed. He made sure that everything including the air conditioner was working correct! He did a great Job! My home feel so cool and it is incredible especially this time of year.Day & Night is a wonderful company!!!They are honest, kind, and reliable people to deal with. I recommend them 100%. I was scheduled to have my A/C repaired on Monday between 2-4pm. Johnny called me said he was ahead of schedule and asked if he could come early, I told him to come on over. Johnny listened to what the issue was and then went to diagnosing the problem and found a bad capacitor. He quoted me the price, fixed the problem, then made sure my A/C system was working properly and blowing cold air. Johnny was quick, courteous, knowledgeable and professional and most importantly he was a serviceman and not a salesman, I did not feel like he was trying to upsell me. Scheduling was easy, unfortunately I forgot the young lady’s name but she to was friendly and professional as well. Thank you for the great service.

Alien Air is AMAZING!! I had a part replaced on my air conditioner and mentioned I needed some duct repair from the October storm. Other places stayed a minimum of $2500 to work on it. Alien not only fixed the ductwork but sealed and a bit more for more than less than half the others price.
BEST? Jamison and Jose were professional, friendly and actually cleaned up after their work was done. They explained everything; offered suggestions but never pushed anything.
I HIGHLY recommend this company.

One of my AC units stopped blowing cold air. The AC units I purchased from George Brazil (their premium AC units) were installed back on 07/2021 are practically brand new yet the largest of the two stopped working. For this to happen in such a short amount of time, I was upset. This being a hot spring day in Arizona, I called George Brazil twice and filled out online form to get immediate assistance. The first call was before they opened, and I was treated less than respectful and with no urgency. The second time I called, when they were open, I had a great experience and had someone out there in less than 6 hours.An individual came, and his name was Matt. He provided exceptional service, got me up and running temporarily till he could order a part. He came back with help on the following Tuesday to fix the issue. In addition to working in the heat, he helped me understand what the issue was and had happened and I was thankful for that.Matt was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. This was needed especially with the situation at hand with the AC unit being practically new. Matt displayed great confidence in the resolution to the issue. He explained what the issue was, what could have caused it and how to fix it.If I could, I would like to request him for each call I make to George Brazil. These are the type of people that make George Brazil great and this is the type of service I would share with my family and friends that need new equipment or repairs. There was another individual with him, I did forget his name, that assisted him. He too was extremely helpful and displayed a lot of knowledge to the issue at hand. He also was courteous and friendly. Both he and Matt provided a great service that I am thankful for and worked really hard at repairing the unit.I would like to recognize them both for a job well done and I hope they both get the recognition they deserve!

With the passing of years.... we knew it was getting time to replace our aging AC units (25yrs). I actually (over different years) had several AC companies over to give me bids. Info was all over the place adding to the confusion of making a decision. I also never got the warm fuzzes from any company that came out. Bids where all over the place from $8,000-$18,000 (2 units) some said I've got nothing to sell you or I' only do the job if you switch from gas to electric. Or my favorite Watch who you hire Heck..... a couple of bids came with nobody climbing up on the roof. But when George came over to give us a quote he was both passionate & reassuring. We discussed which AC units would be the best for our home & single vs: variable speed. We felt comfortable enough to hire him. The only thing I wished we had done different & sill can do was to put in smart thermostats. Yes, we feel comfortable recommending Air Control to you! A small business owner with a big heart & passion for his profession. ???

This was my first experience with Howard Air. This company is a Unicorn. From my first interaction with the office to schedule the appointment through the repair, everything was flawless. Our technician Shawn was amazing. He explained everything he was doing and provided helpful information for ongoing maintenance and not once did he try and upsell or pressure. He was on time, honest and very professional and the cost for repair was very fair. I cant say enough about my experience with Howard Air. A+++ Job... they have earned a loyal customer and I will refer them as often as I can.

Larson Air Conditioning sent tech Sam out to fix my A/C. Sam came dressed professionally on a warm Sunday and with a good attitude. I have an old unit but Sam brought it back to life just in time for a harsh summer. He kept things tidy and clean and left things in arguably better shape than he found them. He maintained COVID-19 precautions and was very respectful. A good idea of what to expect from the company. I would surely use their services again.

I cannot say enough positive things about the entire team from Green ID. Pete came to my house for an energy audit, and spent a great deal of time with us to ensure that we understood the findings and what could be done to address some of the deficiencies identified. The time spent with us was a significant factor when choosing the company to carry out the work Pete suggested. I had a rather extensive amount of work completed on my home…new packaged unit, new ducts, new insulation, air leaks, etc. The crew arrived on time, and all of the guys were very processional and friendly…over the course of both days, I asked each crew member questions about the work they were carrying out, and every person was very receptive to answering my question thoroughly. David, the owner, also came out to the house to ensure that the work was being carried out to his standards. He jumped in to help the crew out. At the end of each day, everything was cleaned up. I am delighted that I chose Green ID for my home performance needs.
