We recently had a plumbing service call for a clogged kitchen drain. Our service tech Adam was excellent. He was very thorough, listened to our concerns, took the time to explain our options and what we could expect in terms of the issue recurring (this was a repeat problem). We never felt pressured to make a choice one way or the other. Additionally, we decided to inquire about installing a water purity system. Again he took the time to explain all options, in detail. He answered all of our questions. We are very pleased with the service we received so far. Would definitely recommend.

Today we had the our clogged drain hydro-jetted and the water softener system installed. Jesus and Dave were our techs and they were great. They completed our drain cleaning and softener system set up with minimal fuss and made sure we understood the basics of operation. Every technician we have encountered has been knowledgable and pleasant and a definite pleasure to work with.

Cameron was polite, offered me options for faucet replacement, and addressed my concerns about the water pressure being too high coming into our home. He suggested we attach a pressure adjuster/monitor to our main water valve… showed me pressure readings before and after.I also appreciated how he provided costs with and without the pressure monitor and said it could be done today or at a later date. This was an unexpected cost, but agreed it needed to be done… Cameron repaired the original faucet and the monitor expertly with minimal effort!Well done

Everyone is amazing to work with. Great customer service, even after the job was completed. We needed a new unit and being 9 months pregnant with a crazy toddler, they made me a priority. I couldn't be more lucky to have found such a great company. Fred was the only person (out of 3 other techs) that actually took pictures and showed me what was wrong with our unit/duct work. Very honest and reliable!

2nd undate: correct diagnosis of my system as capacitor did indeed quit so wanted to give them credit, update: they reached out to be right away and said would refund my check up amount since I was understanding it was maintenance, very much appreciated ...well I called to get summer maintenance and I wanted it cleaned if asked for maintenance but instead just did check up...so am on budget and thot $65 was cleaning it so I said so cried after they left...the guy was nice enough, do not blame him, but the phone man is who I blame for not making it clear...

AC was out at our business and they came out quickly and were able to fix the issue fast! Jimmy was great!

I have mixed feelings about the service. The technician, Dwayne, was extremely professional. He was able to unclog the main line through the roof vent. He was here for two hours.The mixed feeling comes from the cost of the service. I recently bought the property and I am a first-time home owner. The toilet started overflowing at 4 am in the morning. The unit has a shared main line and the clog originated from another unit. We were able to bucket the water into the shower until the 8am appointment. We weren't sure what to do nor what the cost would be. It cost $917. After researching online, the average cost for cleaning the main line is between $350 and $600.He said the cost reflected the need to use two snakes, but the pictures provided only show one snake being used.We planned on using Parker and Sons for an AC replacement as the house's AC needs to be replaced. The customer service has been great, but something doesn't feel right about the cost for the main line cleaning.

Must use!!!! We would not use any one else for our HVAC needs. George Brazil has unbelievable service and knowledgeable reps like Derek A. And installers like Greg & Cody. We’ve been using them now for years, initially to maintain our existing unit and now with a brand York Unit install. The process has been amazing. They even send out a quality control inspector to assure all is properly done. He was also amazing and super knowledgeable. Just 5 stars all the way and not one reschedule or late arrival ever!

I was pleased from the moment I called to set up an appointment and spoke with Victor. He was very pleasant and set me up not trying to hard sell me on a maintenance package right away assuring me that the technician would be the same way, telling me only what needed to be done and give recommendations for the future. He was right, Shawn, the technician who came out to do the AC maintenance, was very friendly. He also wore a mask and booties on his shoes in my home which I thought was very responsible and respectful. When he was finished, he told us how the inspection went and that everything was good for now and what he recommended for the future of our units along with the service plan that would fit our needs. The Best part was, he didn't pressure us to sign up for the plan at that moment, giving us time to think, which I very much like. I couldn't be happier and definitely recommend checking out Howard Air for your needs!
