Bill did our write up for a new ac/heating unit. He was professional, friendly and very helpful. He was more than happy to answer all my questions and provided us with more than one option. I will recommend Hays Cooling & Heating LLC to everyone.

We used Hobaica for a hot water slab leak. John and his team were super professional and did a great job rerouting the lines through our attic which was a very tight space. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

Robert was very professional and ready to answer any questions I had. I knew my unit was 12 years old and wore out. Robert was very honest about cost of repair vs.replace. I chose replace and could not be happier with replacement. The install guys were right on time and performed their job very efficiently. They went above and beyond with the cleaning on the way out of the installation.

Called Sunday nite, they responded Monday AM. Tech Ray called and said he could be here between 11:00-1:00
Called when he was on the way12:30ish
System looked like a block of ice, needed to melt.
Ray said he could back around 4:00.
He called again 3:45 said he was on the way.
Checked ground mounted compressor it was ok, then Ray went up in the attic... hottest part of the 116° day....he was in the attic 30-40 minutes found several problems fixed them. Ray was awesome!!
Professional, courteous, clean, stayed in contact, did what he said he would do.
I'll use these guys Expert HVAC Every time I need AC/heating service.

Q was here on a maintenance call did a great Job I am so happy I went with Goettl they definitely preach doing it the right way not the easy way. Q came out evaluated my units and it just made sense to go brand new I went with the top of the line 5 stars for both units and I am super excited to use them. I highly recommend Alien Air Conditioning! When my A/C was out, they came the same day and fixed the problem! Completely COVID friendly...we were able to communicate by phone and text to resolve the problem in a short period of time. There are a TON of AC repair companies....Alien Air came to me due to my property manager...and they made a GREAT choice selecting Alien Air :)!!!

Update: Parker and Sons had not responded to my insurance despite multiple calls and emails. I was informed on 3/8 that Parker and Sons would follow up and not forget about the claim. To date they have not reached out or followed up. Another reason why I would not recommend them.Parker and Sons reconnected my garbage disposal and other plumbing under my kitchen sink after having new counters installed. The technician told me the garbage disposal wouldn't fit and I had to buy a slimmer version. What? They weren't redoing the plumbing, just reconnecting the old stuff. After some conversation I did purchase a new disposal and the plumber finished the job the following week. However he didn't connect one of the pipes correctly and I had a huge flood in my kitchen. Parker and Sons called out a restoration company to remediate the water damage. I was told to submit the claim to my insurance if I wanted the kitchen fixed faster, which I did. What I learned is that they were taking advantage of an elderly, naive woman. I should not have put the claim in. They will not reimburse me for the deductible or my insurance company for their expenses. We have been in subrogation for almost a year now. I would never use their services again, nor recommend to a friend.In the picture you can see a pipe in the back that doesn't have a cap installed. That is where all the water came out from.

When my AC quit on me in the middle of a holiday (July 4) Larvell came out and did a great job making my house livable again. Very professional and personable. I will call Goliath Mechanical for any future issues with my HVAC.
