We have the Sadie HVAC protection plan, and just had our seasonal inspection. From the first visit we have been really impressed by the quality and professionalism we've experienced. Today however, it was next level. Eddie Padilla was by far the best technician yet! He was all of the typical Goettle things, prompt, polite, efficient. He also went above and beyond to make sure we understood what he was seeing and he was friendly and patient with any questions.
We had a few small repairs needed and instead of the usual we'll send someone else out he took care of everything right away. He was fast and just overall a pleasure to work with. We also couldn't be more pleased with the price we paid.

Replaced 20 year old 5 ton unit. Was worried about potential roof damage and length of installation. They showed up on time, finished in a day and not a mark on the roof! Could not ask for more.

A new a/c was installed today. So far so good. Sam, the general manager, is very professional, experienced and meticulous. Still too early to evaluate the a/c itself though.

I first contacted Chris with Alien Air Conditioning and Heating at 6:05 a.m.on Thursday May 26, without expecting somebody to answer the phone. Chris answered the phone, was very polite listening to what I have to say. I'm out of State owner, he asked me to text him the address and promised me that his team will do the job to get the A/C working at least 75% same day. I was amazed that the job was done as Chris promised due to upcoming memorial day weekend. I am talking about the A/C that another company went to service barely 9 days through management company before I found Alien Air Conditioning and Heating. Chris never try to sell me something my house didn't need. Chris and his team went to my renting house and access what need to be done and see what was done a week before to the A/C. Chris sent me an estimate with pictures of what need to be done and say that he want to do what is necessary to lower the cost. Chris care about owner's compare to other company that has went to my house. Please if you are living out of State I advice you to use Alien Air Conditioning and Heating for A/C services. The company can be trusted 100% and if I have to give this company million stars I will do it. Alien Air Conditioning and Heating went above my expectation. The company is HONEST. Carlyle was a great technician who was very helpful in a difficult situation when our water heater went out. He worked with the electrician on a very complicated situation and was very flexible to get our hot water working as fast as possible.

We've used this company for our home and commercial properties. I've referred numerous friends and colleagues to them as well. Owners are amazing, rates are affordable and there isn't anything they can't fix. They've always done our yearly tune-ups and repairs also replaced large units in commercial building. I've worked with the owner Taps numerous times, he always shows up on time (even off-hours) and gets the job done right the first time, his employees are also top notch. I trust these people and will use them anytime I'm in need of heating or air repair/install.

I first heard about Howard Air several years ago on KTAR radio. When I called them that spring to do a check on my system, they came out on a Saturday to accommodate my schedule and sent a great tech that did a thorough job of cleaning my unit's condenser coils, crawling around my attic to verify the air handler control unit had a relay that may need to be replaced soon (previous repair by another company) and offering some tips on keeping my 20+ year old unit running.
Fast forward two years and I decided to have Howard Air out for a consultation since now was the time to replace my old AC unit. Ted came out and met with me for several hours. He was very professional and detailed, and even took a video of my equipment in the attic. He explained some things that could have been causing the unit to run less efficiently for it's life and also what Howard Air could do to improve on these things as well as some of the innovations that Howard Air offers the other company's don't. After seeing some of the prices on the units for install I was hesitant to proceed, but ultimately decided to go with Howard Air for several reasons; including advice from my father who used another competing company for his new AC install, the reputation and warranty of Howard Air and the financing options they offered. I did appreciate Ted cutting our meeting short for another appointment I had that evening to come back the next morning when my wife was home to finish up additional measurements in the attic.
Only two short weeks later I had George and David at my house on a Saturday for the removal of my old unit and the install of my new system. The two gentlemen did a wonderful job with each technician working to help each other out as they tackled each phase of the job. I was impressed by George's overall knowledge and how well he was able to setup the air handler, heat furnace and other parts inside my attic. He also helped guide me through easily using the new wireless thermostat. David put a lot of effort into routing my copper wire and electrical connections the way I wanted and even offered some advice about placement of the unit so there would be less vibrations of the cabling as it was running. I couldn't be happier about the entire job the two of them completed and if I only dealt with George and David alone, that would make me a customer for life with Howard Air. Thank you both!
I'm grateful for the way I was treated from Howard Air, including the first time I had contact with them to after my new AC unit has been installed.

Jimmy and his crew at Arcadia Air took on a mess that two other companies could not get right. It is never easy to come in and fix someone else's mistakes but Arcadia did and they did it perfectly! Professional from the start. Hard working guys that actually care about the customer and do the job right. Very knowledgeable in the AC department. We are so thankful for everyone at Arcadia Air for taking our situation on and executing it perfectly! We will recommend them to everyone we know!

Was very happy I saved my invoice from 2019 for repair work done by Paul. System at new to me house was in need of service and he knew exactly what was wrong and explained it and fixed it. Recommended new system in near future, which I am considering. Also answered questions and just made things simple.

I had an appointment scheduled for this company to fix a minor issue with my air-conditioning and the company said they left myself or my husband’s Apple messages to which they didn’t and when I called to see what was up and if the company was actually coming out they said oh we didn’t respond to our messages so we can’t send a tech out and I had to re-confirm the appointment and go through everything all over again I had done the night before. I had an appointment scheduled for this company to fix a minor issue with my air-conditioning and the company said they left myself and my husband’s Apple messages to which they didn’t and when I called to see what was up and if the company was actually coming out they said “oh we didn’t respond to our messages so we can’t send a tech out”. Go to companies try to call you again prior to coming out for an appointment and not just one and done. I had to re-confirm the appointment and go through everything all over again I had done the night before with my issue. The gentleman I spoke to then proceeded to tell me again this is my fault I didn’t answer my phone even though they had the wrong number and “that the ball was in my court and I could decide if I wanted my AC fixed or not”

I work in Industry where we use a lot of companies for air-conditioning and plumbing and they said the worst customer service I’ve ever received. Dementia and even though this was a minor fix that needed to be addressed I have a baby so I can’t have my house 100+ degrees that’s why I needed this fixed so quickly. Did not expect the treated so poorly to be interrupted and to be treated aggressively when I asked a question on why are you going through this all again I thought I had an appointment scheduled. I’ll be using the family ever again and I will be telling all my industry partners in multi family, real estate as well as my family and friends to not use this company based upon the customer service and lack of follow through from this company.

Our AC was due to be changed, called Ryan to get a quote and he came within an hour. He gave a competitive price. Got our new system installed the next day. Very responsive and reliable! Highly recommended.
