Very satisfied with my technician that came out to one of my rental property’s. Nathan White was very upfront no bs and strait to the point on what needed to be done. Nice to have a technician give it to you straight and not afraid to give his honest opinion on what to do to save some money.

Brett milburn. He was phenomenal on time and figured out my plumbing issue. He was in and out in less than an hour!!! Ask for Brett.

After filing a home warranty for a failed air conditioning system I was contacted by Valley's Best Heating and Air Conditioning. The entire process was effortless as it combined an online warranty claim, a quick and polite phone call from Valley's Best Heating and Air Conditioning, which resulted in a new condenser motor installed by technician Elmer. Our condensing unit is 25 years old and we were concerned that it might be time to replace it. Overall the process was a pleasure and I am glad the Elmer was the service tech. Elmer was professional and polite. Luckily he had the correct size condenser fan motor on his truck. The only downside was that he had to cut down the motor shaft-which just took him more time (in the hot sun) to complete that task, but no gripes from us for that! Thanks for the hard work Elmer! He also had to replace a capacitor for said fan. I don't know if it was luck but our brand air conditioner, Trane, happened to be the same brand that Valley's Best Heating and Air Conditioning sells, installs and services. Maybe that was why he had the correct fan motor and capacitor on his truck? Either way we're happy to have our air conditioning system up and running again. Just Air is a company I can stand by. They were courteous about our time and was there when they had said they would. They did a thorough inspection and didn't charge us for items we didn't already have on hand for the fixes that were made. They are very respectable people and business. I will highly recommend their services a thousand times over and will rely on them for future complications

The whole experience was great from estimate to install ,Tim and his crew were excellent ! The communication was excellent I was kept informed every step of the way . When Tim found out the unit I originally chose was not readily available and with Hot weather approaching he found a comparable unit . I would definitely recommend Five Star for your heating and air conditioning needs.

They were nice on the phone but don't expect to buy parts from them if your not a contractor. They weren't able to help me but they did refer another company that was able to assist me.

Amer was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He also performed some general maintenance that had been neglected by the previous technician. Great customer service Amer!

The installer did not install a thermostat that had a common wire which our unit required and also left some wire not connected or connected inappropriately. The was discovered after we found the heater was not working even after the installer came back out to fix the issue - he was not able to fix the issue and eventually told us to contact a different company refusing to come back out. After calling a new company an appropriate thermostat was installed, wires were connected appropriate and the unit is working as it should.

I used Arizona Pro Service air conditioner expertise services about a month ago. I didn’t want to review them immediately because I wanted a good month of normal operating to see how the installation had gone. Let me tell you. Everything works exceptionally well. Nick and his team not only changed my entire AC system. They moved it to another location freeing up room in my backyard and making it quieter and more enjoyable for me. The AC compressor was moved from the north side of the house to the east side. New lines, including electricity supplied to the new unit, was professionally installed and hidden as not to create eye soars. The installation was 110% perfect. They added a new return to the air handler unit. Cutting a hole in my wall and installing a return vent. You would never have guessed that it was added. It looks as if the house was already built with an extra return line. I cannot say enough to recommend this company and their exceptional professionalism. They also went through all my AC ducting in the attic, ensuring everything was operating to maximum efficiency. Nick was honest from the very beginning with time frames pricing and realistic expectations on choosing a new unit. Thank you for making my home comfortable again Nick!

Called them 5 days ago because my home warrenty company said they would do the work. Air conditioner is out in 100 degree weather. Lady was nice and said techs would call me to schedule. Wait what? No company works like that. They schedule ahead of time not just whenever they have time. Still no call so I just paid out of my own pocket to have it fixed. Joke of a company.
