Best Heating Tech in Phoenix AZ

If there would be no star I would give this company no stars at all. I had 3 interactions with this company.
1.) Renters Warehouse send this company to one of my rental condos to repair a dripping bathtub. The estimate was $770.00. OK, I'm not a plumber so I said go ahead and do it. Later I discovered that this included a new shower head and a new spout. These items have nothing to do with a dripping valve and I'm pretty sure another company would have done it cheaper.
2.) In another property I needed 3 emergency shutoff valves replaced. Unfortunately Renters Warehouse sent again this company. Estimate: $480.00. This time I declined their service and another company replaced the 3 valves for less than half the price.
3.) Water heater was not working in one of my rental condos. Renters Warehouse send again this company. Estimate $1,400 to replace the water heater. I again declined the service. Turns out. It was just the lower heating element which costs less then $50 in material to fix the issue.
I would NOT recommend this company except you want to pay a lot more than with any other plumbing company.

We have had a really difficult time trying to find some place that is professional and confident in what they do, but that also shared empathy and understands how difficult it is to be with a working A/C in the Arizona summer heat. Rambo was absolutely amazing. He gave us a reasonable quote, detailed the process, explained options and most of all was so incredibly kind. I cannot recommend him enough!-Kelsy McNeely

Travis was spectacular, given the lackluster service I have experienced from you in the past two years. Kind, informative, clean. Only improvement could be he gets a covid vaccine.

It’s unfortunate that Goettl cannot keep good employees and has a large turnover. Those that are sent out are clearly not totally capable of doing the full job. Plus, since they are sales driven, and not interested in service, twice they sold us something we didn’t need and didn’t properly explain how to use it. And then, even though we had a guarantee. They wouldn’t honor it. Be careful of this company.

Although they were running behind, they were super thorough and friendly! They didn’t rush the job and made sure everything was done well and cleaned up after themselves. Would absolutely recommend Chase and his team!

The main house shut off valve was replaced and a broken whole house water filter was replaced. The technician was excellent. The problem we had was that we schedule this yesterday and when I called this morning to find out where the technician was, I was told that a work order had never been submitted. They did manage to get somebody out within another two hours, but this was the second time we have had scheduling mix ups with Day and Night.

Initial installation was faulty and caused water damage to our ceiling. When we filed a claim with their insurance company for damages, they blamed us (the customer) and refused to stand by their work. This was extremely disappointing. I will never use this company again as they do not stand behind their work.

Repairman Jeff Brost came to my rescue on a sweltering Sunday afternoon. Jeff was honest about the required repair. He got my AC up and running and gave me some pro tips about routine maintenance.

The installation fees were high for warranty work, but that should be no reflection on the service provided.

Overall, I'd recommend this company for honest service.

George was excellent. He completed my system repair and system is blowing cold! He showed me photos of the unit and advised it was in good shape/didn’t need a replacement. A lot of other companies in the valley seem like they just want to hard sell a new unit. Highly recommend.
