From meeting the owners (Steve and Maureen) to getting a bid from Mike to the installation of our new unit the service was 5 stars. The techs ( Mario and Juan) were on time did the installation. They were knowledge and answered all my questions. When they finished they made sure everything cleaned up. They came back a week after installation to inspect and make sure the system was working properly. It as great working with everyone. We had a very good experience. The service tech John was on time, diagnosed the problem, had the two pars required for the repair on his truck, completed the work and was on his way. Price seemed fair, but most of all we were pleased that within a few hours after our call to Christina in the office on Monday morning, the unit was up and running again. Had a fuse blow on our A/C unit called them at night and they had someone out the next day to take of the issue and also had them replace our old thermostat, I would highly recommend them for how quickly they got the issues resolved.
