Our AC went out 2 hours before a big event we were hosting. I called Desert Diamond and they were able to send a tech out with in the hour. Matthew arrived and was very professional, kind and was able to get the AC back up and running just in time for our event. He truly came through for us! We will definitely be using them again in the future!

He was professional, personable, and very knowlegeable about what we were in need of, especially since we are getting solar panels soon. He was very gracious and responded to my questions promptly! I have used REEIS on multiple occasions and for multiple reasons. REEIS sealed all my duct work for a single family, 3,000 sq ft home and they did an outstanding job. I also required emergency A/C attention and they responded quickly and fixed my issue. Very thankful for their work, and although I forget, I need to get them out to do my annual A/C maintenance!

I have been looking to find a reliable HVAC company for several years now. After trying several companies, Comfort One AC is the one. Today was my first experience with them and Jonathan was a Superstar! He discovered that my AC had been overcharged with refrigerant. He took the time to explain what that meant and how it could impact my system. He, of course, put the refrigerant to the level it should be. Excellent customer service can be hard to find, but that's exactly what Jonathan provided today. If you are looking for a new AC company, go with Comfort One AC. They are the BEST!

The worst company I have ever worked with, they worked through our warranty company starting on May 14th of this year and the AC only worked for a week at a time and would continuously freeze up, apparently due to low Freon. The technicians basically have damaged the entire unit when they set the shroud back on the external condenser puncturing a hole in the system and the compressor has not worked as of today almost 3 months since the first time Above Par company first attempted to repair the unit. The owner is unprofessional, unresponsive after attempting to contact him with multiple calls, his technicians training is to FaceTime the owner to have him explain how to fix and repair the AC as the technicians are inexperienced and basically our warranty gave up in this company because he has no called no showed for yet another repair after the (7) attempts for repair @ 116° weather Over the past (8) days here in Arizona with zero AC working at the house.
We also own a 175gallon salt water fish tank located inside the house and due to the unmanageable extremely high temperatures above 95° in the house multiple expensive salt water fish have recently died in the tank due to the high temps in the house.
DO NOT go to this company avoid them at all costs. The owner continually tried to up charge with Freon even though we were under warranty with the warranty company . Extremely shady company and they do not understand any HVAC systems. Above Par is also being reported to the ROC and we will be filing a small claims suit.

Had received quotes to replace my A/C system in my home that was 20 years old. I contacted Comfort Experts and Ryan came out to the house to discuss and give me a quote on my system. I was totally impressed by Ryan and what he was going to install that I hired him on a Friday and the install was set up for the following Tuesday at 7 am. That morning his team arrived on time and started to work at once. The guys were awesome..friendly and professional. They explained everything that they were doing and answered all my questions. They were neat and cleaned up above and beyond and their work was outstanding. I highly recommend this local company for their professional, friendly, and quality of work .

Curtis was great and professional explained everything the entire way and was very nice. He was honest and up front about our options and waa super friendly. Getting a new ac unit is stressful and not always what you want to hear but I felt comforted and calm knowing I was being taken care of. Would not recommend them enough.

Madison did a super job on my new condo's AC. He stuck with it in spite of unforseen issues and made sure all was done properly! I appropriate Howard Air & Madison's workmanship.

I first encountered Five Star Air at the Home and Garden Show in Phoenix. I was looking for help with purchasing wall unit for a spare bedroom. Chuck came out, did an analysis of the current system in my house, cleaned debris from the ducts, and adjusted vents. The adjustments worked and I did not need an additional unit. Since then I have been using Five Star Air for annual maintenance. Chuck is knowledgeable and honest. I strongly recommend Five Star for HVAC repair, installation and maintenance.
