Dylan Palaschak serviced our a/c today. He did an excellent job; friendly, courteous, quick, and very helpful. Gave us some advice on a plumbing issue too. Will definitely use Hobaica again.

Called saturday night because our ac went out and it was getting pretty hot in the house in a matter of a few hours. they called back that night and were there the next morning! Very happy with the prompt service!

We got home from a trip and found that the upstairs bedrooms were hotter than h. We called AZ Perfect comfort and they came out first thing in the morning. Fixed the AC and we are cool again. These guys are simply awesome! Prompt, professional and thorough. I highly recommend them.

Dan was amazing my ac went out needed a new one had to talk it over with my husband he came back the same day to get my order in and install less then 48hrs after it went out the office had a portable unit brought out to me. They where out within 2hrs of my original call to see what was going on the whole team was amazing but special shout out to Dan who took care of it all for me and was so friendly and professional

The technician stated that in the repairs that I needed two capacitors replaced. One capacitor was replaced 4 years ago. Not sure why it would need to be replaced again. They had lasted 20 years before needing replacement.

I called George Brazil last year(2020) to have them come install and replace both my ac condenser and air handler. After the installation they told me to call them in May 2021to have them service the unit.I called them and they schedule me for June. Then when I called them to remind me what day the service was, they rescheduled me for July. Then again the told me they didn’t know when they would have time to come service my unit. Well today guess what, my unit stopped working. I called them and they can’t send someone today. If they had come service my unit when they were supposed to maybe my A/C would be working right now. I can’t even call anyone else that can see it today because it would void my warranty.Update:George Brazil fixed my unit and the A/C works perfectly now. They repaired it under the warranty and I had no out of pocket costs. They replaced the part that broke with a new one. They did a temporary fix the day after it went out. Two weeks later they came back with the part to fix it permanently.However the timeframe was still an issue. They seem to be too busy during summer which is understandable in AZ.Overall service was good. My advice is to schedule you service maintenance appointment to fall-winter to avoid them rescheduling you. The unit needs to be serviced once a year to keep the warranty.

I just had my annual checkup on a unit they installed last year. Last year, I selected Apex after consulting with about TWENTY other companies. Once again, I'm amazing at the thorough and professional service.

They show up when they're supposed to and do the job right the first time. The techs are professional and respectful.

I thought the checkup was going to be a 15 minute visit. They were here a while checking over everything. They also explained to me what they did and why.

When selecting a service business you want to know they are going to do it right the first time. However, we all know businesses are staffed by humans and humans make mistakes under the best of circumstances. W e have used Adams for both service and a complete install of two new extremely efficient complete AC/furnace units from Carrier. You are going to get on time technicians with fast and efficient service and the one thing that didn't go the best in the install was made right above and beyond our expectations. With knowledge/skill and customer service like that you CANNOT go wrong!

I use ProSkill for my HVAC system, but had a plumbing issue so I called them for that. Once again their technicians are just top-notch. Craig Schmiemeier was my tech and he did and excellent job and went over and above to answer my questions and also give me tips to keep things running well in my home. They always are professional, wear 'booties when they come in' take good care to keep things clean an orderly. I think they must follow the 'Disney' way of customer service as you always feel valued.

We have a few properties in the valley and Eric is my go to hvac guy. He is honest, on time and reliable. He is very thorough with his installations and repairs, super clean work. It’s hard to find guys like him these days. He is a great family man and I definitely recommend his services.
