Best Heating Issue in Phoenix AZ

Hayes is the best! I have tried a couple of other companies in the area and they were no where near as professional and efficient as Hayes. Hayes is definitely the one to use in the Phoenix area!

I called Penguin Air to come out & give a second opinion on some recent work that was done. Not long after I received a phone call from Matthew N., as well as a photo, & a short bio of himself. I knew from the second he introduced himself that my sister would be taken care of! The reason I was there was because a few months ago she had George Brazil come out & the technician took complete advantage of her being a single mother. Matthew was very detail oriented & took plenty of photos to help explain how both of the systems work to us. The bottom line is we will ONLY call Matthew from Penguin Air for any of our AC needs! That goes for ALL of our close friends & family as well. Thank you so much for the 5 star service that you promised me she would get! Your integrity & professionalism earned our business for sure!

Matthew was great,he was on time he took pictures of everything and explained everything that was needed he fixed our unit in record time and I would definitely use this company again and request him. 12/13 Brett and David, did a great job with all of our plumbing needs. Answered all of our questions and did great work.

1st Choice should have been my first choice, but started w/the company that installed unit less than 1 yr. ago when I got up this A.M. to a 77 degree house. After 5 “no can do’s till tomorrow, 1st Choice came to the rescue! Tori, who took call was very friendly, & James was also. He was very thorough, found the problem, gave us the price, and got it up & running. He explained everything & took pictures of the Freon leaking out of hole in pipe. Definitely service w/a friendly attitude. Makes the pricey tab less painful. The service call was less than what everyone else was charging & was credited to final tab. Definitely recommend!

Techs are knowledgeable and prompt. Our Trane system is over 11 years old but still going stong.

He was on time, courteous, and explained my issue in detail. Though a repair was not needed, he explained how my system worked and that it was operating correctly. I appreciated the information.

Last year was my first contact with and use of Parker and Sons for maintenance. The first thing that a potential customer should know is that Parker is not one of those outfits that makes you cool your heels waiting interminably for the repairman. The communication is extraordinary. The repair guys are professional, keep you informed about problems they see and If you consent, fix them on the spot. It is not always easy for women to have a comfort zone when dealing with service and repair personnel. That is definitely NOT a problem with Parker. But back to the communication, it's 5 star. Couldn't be happier.

Air Control. Installed a brand new system. That works more efficient. The original ac system heat pump was 25 years old . And was so noisy and inefficient ineffective . The owner of Air Control took time to explain why the old system was so ineffective. Best service and price in town. Would recommend this business to anyone who needs and upgrade or just routine maintenance on their AC cooling system. In fact Neighbor has same house and old ac unit that we just upgraded and is going to have a new system put in and he shopped around for estimates and said this was the best price ! Thank you Air Control for making my house more efficient and COOL ?

This company is the best. Great service provided by professional and knowledgeable people. Could not be happier with my new heat pump A/C a new duct system thanks to the whole Preferred Air team.

these guys right away couple of months ago when one of our unit was not working right. The service man who showed up was prompt and courteous, recommended that we should get two new units so both will have 10 years warranty.he explained a few things about his service which sounded good . after signing and paying by credit card within 3-4 days 2 techs came and replaced both units.. did the clean up and said some one from the company will come soon to fix the wooden frame. or else call us. we called nobody showed up but later calling again a guy came to fix the wood frame they had taken out. when asked did you change the filters as we were promised. he said not his job. call the filter guy will come in 3 days . So far we called 2-3 times. The front desk lady refused totally that they don't fix filters they only take your money and set up the the ac units. After lot of back and forth she said she will see what she can do, No answer yet. nobody showed up in the last 2 months .so this review. She had also said you complain to the company not to her. Does this sound like good service?Our next complaint will be to BBB.

Excellent Service!! ProSkill replaced our HVAC unit, their pricing and warranty was the best and their service was great. The attention to detail is a priority for them and it shows in their work!

Let me say few things about this business. I have been using their service for the past few years and 100% happy with their service. They are honest, reasonable and knowledgeable about what they are doing. Next time, when you have an issue with your HVAC system, give them a call. You won't be disappointed.
