I asked them to come check for leaks in the duct work and heating system because our heater ran continuously last winter and went through a full tank of gas in just under 2 months. Kevin was in the neighborhood and came right over! He found no leaks so he contacted his supervisor. They worked together and with a heat system pro, found my issue was the fan setting and gas pressure for the unit itself. Kevin fixed the fan speed no problem and I will have the gas issue fixed next winter. He was very thorough and I am super pleased!!

Went through home warranty and mike was very knowledgeable and professional and was quick to diagnose my issues with both my air conditioning units and repaired them and clearly explained everything he was doing. Will definitely use him for future routine maintenance.

A man named Val came out and got our faulty A/C up and running within 10mins of arriving. We were worried we would have to sweat through the night before our problem would be fixed but this guy fixed it and had our house cooling back down in no time. We were surprised someone would come out so late too, we knew it was a stretch to get someone out soo quickly and late at night on a weekend but these guys pulled through. True customer service. Great company, very professional. we had 2- 5 ton units installed in May. The drain line and pan malfunctioned on one and we had water damage to our ceiling. I called them on Sunday evening, they arrived at 7am the next morning. They replaced the pan, repaired the line and repaired the drywall by noon. Its like it never happened! Not to mention, the original job was thousands less than the competition! They were easy to work with and good to their word, I will never use another company.

I had a seasonal maintenance done and when I complained the air flow in some of our ducts were bad Jorge and John came back and fixed the problem by straightening out the flows to the ducts. They had been kinked. This corrected the problem. Great team and deserve an A++.

The guys who came to repair our a/c unit were on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. When they realized the fuses were bad, one of them went out of his way to get the fuses and come back to replace them and get our unit up and running. After more than a week without air in the front of our house, we were delighted to have a repairman go out of his way to get our unit going. I really appreciate this company.
