Joe is one of the most knowledgeable plumbers I have encountered. Every person who has done a service call from APES to do any plumbing repairs at our center has been very professional and knowledgeable. Today Anthony came and fixed our sink. He was very personable and got the job done very efficiently. The office staff is courteous and efficient as well. APES is a great company and provides great service.

I have worked with Danny for nearly 20 years. Danny is the definition of an Old School Plumber. He is thorough and pays attention to the details. Indoors or outdoors he knows his stuff. Rhonda (his wife) manages his office just as well. They are a Perfect example of a successful small business!

Joshua Williams came to check on my moms a/c unit today. He was a great young man, he was friendly, polite and explained to her everything that was going on. I highly recommend him and Ace home services.

Our roof was leaking in through the intake vent when it rained. I had a different A/C company come out who stated it was a roofing issue. While having our roof reshingled, it was determined that the piece going from the A/C unit into the house was rusted and leaking. Comfort One Air Conditioning was able to give me a quote that day and the repair was completed less than a week later. I am very pleased with their work.

Do not use this company. Hired company to tune up AC units. They were both working before and during service call. During the service call one of the tech tells me I have a leak and it would be too expensive to repair so had a sales person call me to quote a new one. Went to turn on air after they left and it now one of the units does not work at all. Tried talking customer service and they said I would have to pay for all repairs. This after spending over $600 and buying a service contract. They took my money, wont refund, wont fix, and now I don't have AC that works any longer. Do not use this company.

Scheduled appointment time was 8-10 am. I received a call that they were running late. The tech arrived about noon. The blockage was on the exterior of the house. I showed the Tech the location, and he worked up a price of $395 to run the snake and clear it. I have previously rented snakes from Home Depot and cleared blockages myself. At 72, I do not have the strength to put the large snake in my car. I was horrified at the price. If that information had been given to me when I scheduled the appointment, I would have used another company. I asked about the cost and was only told about the $79 service charge - not the excessive up charge.

I called several companies for duct work and they were the only ones willing to come out for a small job.
Long story short, I was in the attic running cables and tripped and sat on the ducting essentially disconnecting half the house.
I called at night and they were out the next evening to get me an estimate, working AROUND MY SCHEDULE WITHOUT PAYING A PREMIUM.
Daniel H came out and was my point of contact after scheduling the appointment. I didnt have to call the office, he provided his cell phone and was very communicative.
Easiest process with the fastest turnaround time I've ever experienced when dealing with HVAC companies.
We will definitely be doing business with preferred air in the future when we upgrade our old unit in a few months.

Well, came home from vacation to a HOT house!! Howard Air had the earliest appt available, so we took it! First time using them. Excellent service by Walter. He arrived early, and got right to work. Replaced a part & we had the house cooled off by the afternoon... did I mention it was a holiday weekend & 2 other companies were booked for days. I highly recommend them for a/c needs!!

Derek arrived on time, was professional, cordial, and repaired my furnace. Definitely, I highly recommend him and his the company Circulate HVAC.

Wonderful service and fair price. I called Scott's AZ Services after a plumber botched a job in my new home leaving me with leakes everywhere. Scott's Services did a marvelous job not only cleaning up the botched job but actually fixing my plumbing issues. They replaced all faucets and lines leading up to the faucets, replaced garbage disposal, and uncloged a toilet.

The technician, Ralf Bojorquez, was very professional. He arrived to fix my heating system even before I thought he would be there. Explained everything and over all, did a great job. I highly recommend.

We knew when we bought our house a couple of years ago that the HVAC unit (original to the house built in 1998) was on borrowed time. So, of course, the heater kicks the bucket on the one cold weekend we have here in Phoenix...and why not the same weekend as we have family in town from the polar-vortexed midwest?

Have no fear - Scottsdale Air is here! We called on Thursday afternoon and had a technician out (ON TIME) at 8:00 am the next day. Dave was professional, pleasant and HONEST about the most cost-effective way to move forward. We agreed it would be cheaper to just replace the whole thing and he had a sales rep at our house that afternoon. Russ Byrum (sales rep) is the most patient man on the planet. And smart. This guy knows his stuff. My husband and I are first time homebuyers and we had no idea what we were doing. Russ laid everything out for us and didn't try to oversell beyond our budget. This dude is a ROCK STAR and will not steer you wrong.

By Tuesday, we had the AMAZING install team at our house (Please note: they were ready to come out on Saturday, but we couldn't make it work on our end before that because of work. Russ even offered to bring out space heaters to our home so we didn't freeze over the weekend).

Picture this: our HVAC system is half-outside/half-in-an-attic-crawl-space-in-a-garage that doesn't look like a human being should be able to fit in there. I don't know anything about this stuff and even I could tell you this task looked impossible. But for Jaime and Eulogio (I hope I spelled that right)? No problem. They worked quickly, quietly and CLEANLY - wrapping the whole project in about seven hours. It was AMAZING. I cannot describe how much respect I have for these two guys. THANK YOU.

Bottom Line: while this is the first time I've had the opportunity to use this company's services, my uncle and parents have been using them for decades; now they've earned one more lifelong customer. If you're looking for reliable professionals with a great work ethic that install a great product (this Trane XR15 looks like a piece of art and performs like NASA built it), the Scottsdale Air team is who you need to call.
