I had a kitchen drain that went from a slow-drain to complete blockage. Nothing I was doing was doing any good, so it was time to call a professional. I called two other businesses, but neither of them could come out for four days. I reached out to Ace and they were able to come out the same day. Carlyle and Anthony were fantastic. Very professional, knowledgeable and informative about preventative measures for the future. I will definitely call on them for any future needs.

Taps Ojalehto came out today to service my AC Fan Motor which was getting ancient and smelled a little hot. He did great service, Price was in line, and very professional. I'd have him back in a heart beat, and wanted to take the time to give a good guy, *****5 STARS !!

After a little “snaffu” trying to schedule on their website, my technician showed up on time, did a great job, replaced a capacitor and all is working fine.

Bob came yesterday to investigate a possible leak. He found that there is a leak but it is under the slab. Today Jake came to find exactly where the leak is and the pipes that need to be fixed. Both men were very helpful, courteous, professional, and skilled. We were given options on the scope of work that could be done and the price for each. We will determine the best option and move forward with Parker & Sons to get the issue corrected.

Our air conditioner went out on a Friday evening before a three-day weekend. But, lucky for me and my family, Daniel from Preferred Air came out within an hour, at 8:30 p.m., and got it fixed quickly and for a very reasonable price. Plus he was very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend them.

I wish I could leave negative stars!!!! I have NEVER in my life experienced such unprofessionalism and complete disregard for someone. My AC went out yesterday, I called and requested service. I was initially advised that I would be serviced between 1-3 pm, that turned into after 4. After 4 as you can guess turned into never. We called and called and called and kept receiving an answering service that subcontracts them. Kept getting the same information “We will send the information to dispatch”. It is now 8pm, your office is clearly closed. My house is a few degrees short of 100 degrees and your office is now closed without so much as a message informing us that someone couldn’t make it tonight. No NOTHING. This is extremely disappointing and the fact that the owner of this company was sent our information directly multiple times before closing and didn’t even bother to reach out makes it worse. My children have to sleep in 100 degree whether because you couldn’t do something so simple and communicate!!!!!

Our AC went out the day after we got home from the hospital with our first newborn baby. Our house was 96 degrees inside, we were dripping sweat, and our baby was overheated and lethargic. We were frantically calling around to all the AC companies trying to find someone who could come take a look at our AC but no one was available. When Scott heard we had a newborn he took pity on us and moved some things around to fit us in quickly that day. Scott was amazing to work with and was able to get our AC unit replaced in a timely manner. He was so kind and helpful- I recommend him to anyone in the valley!

My AC went out a couple weeks ago. A friend had recommended me to Velox Air. They had a technician come out the day after I called to diagnose my unit. The office staff was very helpful answering all my questions in a professional and respectful way. I am very pleased with the work Velox has done for me! Bryan Blackson came and correct the issue I had with 4 ton Goodman unit I had a random issue with error code 04 on ECM board. He found some loose connections on the board and also fuse disconnect was loose. Bryan went above and beyond and checked my other unit also.Update. 12-14-22 Bryan replaced the thermal expansion valve, for the heat system to perform as required.Also advice me to use hard start kit to prolong the unit.Update 1/30/23Bryan stop by to check the heating and cooling of the unit, using the pressure gauge. Stated that unit is working efficiently, I would like thank Bryan and SMW for there services.

I live on a rural, dirt road that has a 25 mph limit. One of their company vehicles flew by my house going literally 70. I see there is another review that complains about a company vehicle driving bad. I think I would second guess hiring them considering how unprofessional and dangerous the idiots they send out are.

Jalen was the tech that showed up today. He did an awesome job and explained everything that was done and some things that probably should be done in the future. No high pressure upsells or anything. I’d highly recommend him and One Hour Air!

Try to call them up for a appointment to get a estimate first time they screw up the date and set another time and date and once again nobody showed up .I would not recommend them since they can not keep a appointment time and show up and twice I waited at home for nothing
