We had our Air conditioner completely changed out a little while back When they came they were very professional about it and cleaned up all of their mess and made sure that we didn’t have to worry about trashing any of the bad equipment. Today I had Kevin come by and check on it for us. Not only did he greet me, he made sure to put booties on his boots to make sure there was no dirt tracking or germs coming into our home. He explained to me what he was going to be doing and even had a friendly conversation with me while doing it. He not only cleaned up his mess but also cleaned up extra dirt that was collected under the door between their visits. He then cleaned our lines for summer time and made sure that was all perfect and ready to go for us. He then checked the system outside as well and said he cleared up some of the weeds surrounding the machine. He was very professional, very friendly and made sure we knew what we needed to keep our air going great during the summer. I would highly recommend this company and Kevin as well.

Terry Stone was our technician. Our air went out at about 11:30 or 12:00 at night and my husband was flipping out. I started calling around and it was the most frustrating part of the whole experience. Every company wanted to take down ALL of my information. Name, address, email, phone number, social security number. Just kidding, about the SSN but seriously, it was so annoying. My husband is cursing up a storm in the background and you want my email address? I'm tired, I have to work in the morning, my husband has to get up in three hours... just tell me if you have a tech available and when they will be able to come out! But no, no one was able to give me an estimated time except a couple, which gave me like a six hour time frame, 4 hours from now. No thanks. Then I reached Penguin Air. The lady that answered the phone was calm and extremely polite. She answered my questions without giving me the run around. She let me know exactly when a technician would be available and how much it would cost for the site visit. She THEN collected my information. She maintained her composure through my breakdown and I ended up apologizing for being so frustrated and thanked her for helping me as much as she did. She really was wonderful. Our tech called 30 minutes prior to coming out and was quick, polite, and knowledgeable. He even applied a coupon that they currently had. I cannot express enough how grateful I am to this company. When your AC goes out, call this company. No matter what time. I'm actually pretty sure our tech got out of bed in Buckeye and drove all the way to Gilbert in a monsoon for our service. This is a company that truly cares.

We had Steven A come to our house to look into our AC not working. He was so very nice and professional, he looked at everything kept us updated every turn and let us know our options before doing anything. He had all the necessary parts with him which was amazing so we didn’t have to make another appointment!
He was quick and even helped hooking up our nest thermostat and made sure it worked before he left, even went that extra mile to change the filters.
I would recommend them especially this technician again!

Adrian from Goettl plumbing did our annual inspection. Provided good information and was professional . Good luck to Adrian and his upcoming wedding in Tucson. Goettl has good people, but charges too much for the basics. Needs a Goettl Lite service.

The team at Four Seasons is awesome! The owners are always available when you need them and have questions, they also extremely knowledgeable within the industry. The Engineer Chris is fantastic, he is extremely knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service as well. The best AC company in the entire state of Arizona! Clever technicians and great leadership! Alarico is the Tech that came and replaced the fuse on my 3 months old unit that was also installed by King AC and that i got it from them for the best price in the entire market. The fuse went out because of the heavy rain “Monsoon”. Called Frank and explained to him that i came back at 6:15pm from work to find the new AC not working. Frank dispatched Alarico in less than 10mins to my house! Alarico replaced the fuse in another 15mins and explained to me what happened and took off after and that was all free of charge. I do recommend King AC for new installations and general AC services! Simply the best! We all dealt with many AC companies and i writing this review based on my long experience with other AC providers. Thanks a million for the great Service King AC and please keep it up. Service is what makes the huge difference and stands out!

We had a troubled gas heater acting up. It took multiple companies across several days to troubleshoot. Nobody could figure out the problem until Dave got on the job. Dave provided impeccable service and worked through the problem over a holiday weekend. He showed up Monday and got it fixed. Great spot Dave!

At our request, Jesse Kahagen came to our house for an annual check-up of our three ductless A/C's. We have lived in Phoenix for well over 20 years and Jesse is by far and away the absolute BEST we have ever had. He is a perfectionist with years of experience and knowledge. He is not satisfied until he is sure his work is 100% correct. Because of this, he spent about 3 hours here which also included patience answering a myriad of questions we have. He also made some suggestions for further improving our AC performance and immediately sent us some company material on the subject. Bottom line? On a scale of 1-10 we would have to invent a new scale giving Jesse a rating of 1000!!! Lincoln Air is easy to work with, responsive and gets the job done. Thanks to all for another great visit.

Javier was not only professional, he was knowledgeable and efficient with his services and provided a thorough report of what he assessed and what our unit needed. His demeanor was attentive, personable. After working with Javier, I honestly wouldn’t want anyone else checking and repairing my AC unit. He was superb!
