Michael Boden is our teach and he was wonderful and so polite. We have a new build house and in less then 6 months of closing the disposal stopped working and it needed to be replaced. Rather then waiting for the builder to replace it within 6 months we called Goettl. Michael came out tried to restart it and found that it was dead. He went to get another unit and returned to install it in great time. He made a wonderful suggestion of a water softener system. This is something we have already been thinking about as the water quality in our area isn't very good. While some may think of this as an up sale he took the opportunity to talk to me more about the system and the benefits. Its so nice to have a great person working for this wonderful company who genuinely cares about the costumers.
My kiddos love the idea of the flash light and passing the torch of wonderful costumer service and the Sadie the Dog Plush.

Had to make an emergency call on a Friday night when our air stopped working after a failed attempt at installing a new thermostat. They had our tech James out to us in only about half an hour & he worked through the issues until he found what was the real cause of the problem & got it fixed fast. Pricing was completely reasonable, response time was amazing, and the service quality was great too. Feel lucky that we had such good luck with a last minute search Google for someone who's open and look forward to using them for regular maintenance from here on out too!

Billy Easley came to service our heat pump which was installed last year. To say that he is knowledgeable and professional is an understatement. He took his time and in our opinion was very thorough. We've had Billy for AC issues in the past and we could give him all the same praise. A 5 star for sure.

Technician found the issue quickly and allowed me to go purchase the part and install it myself, saving me a lot of money. I gladly paid the service fee instead of over $300 for the $11 capacitor that took me under 3 minutes to replace. I understand paying a fee for the technician’s knowledge, ability and time, but that’s a bit much. All in all I’m still very happy with Parker and Sons and the fact that they allowed me to fix it myself.

Comfort Experts is the best HVAC company in Phoenix and I highly recommend them. I needed my air conditioning unit replaced and Ryan Mikita came out to my house and gave me a free estimate. I got quotes from several other companies and CE offered the most at the best price. Ryan was very professional and helped me find the best unit for my house. He was straight-forward and honest. Installation went smoothly and the installation technicians were fantastic. They even took the time to balance the air flow in my house and resolved an issue from the past contractor. The technicians went above and beyond to help us. They have offered to come back as many times as needed to ensure my HVAC system works as intended. I had shopped around getting quotes on the work I needed done (a pinhole leak in an exterior pipe) and was honestly shocked at how much it cost. I called Walker Plumbing on the recommendation of a friend in the home improvement industry. They were extemely nice and came out to my house exactly when they said they would (greatly appreciated). Jodi was the tech and he was absolutely great. Best of all, it cost me about $200 less than the other quotes I had gotten. I would totally recommend Walker to my friends.
