What a dream team, we called desperate for assistance and received same day service. They arrived right on time in the dark and got to heavy work with the latest skills and tools to fix a stubborn drain clog. We are grateful to have found them and will be calling them back for Septic service as they will be offering that soon. We now have a happy drain and a functional toilet again. I have used Belsito for a few things over the past eight years. From simple things (installing a new garbage disposal) to a new pressure release valve. A few days ago, something unusual happened. The PBV in the back of the house was overflowing and then I heard the pipes in the walls banging so loud I thought the house would fall apart. Crazy. I called Belsito and they sent someone over early the next morning. They spent a great deal of time diagnosing the problem and methodically eliminating possibilities. While this resulted in new prvs and pbv, they had to continue to investigate why the backflow was still occurring. They feared the worse: a slab leak. They had a Leak Detection company come right out and within two hours, the inspection (thankfully) eliminated a leak. So, they wrapped for the night with only one more thing to try, which they did early the following morning. A PBV in the front finished off the mystery and all returned to normal. Along the way, they took notice of a few minor issues (one toilet needed a new Fill Valve which I replaced), and they doubled check a few other things just to be safe.
So, this is the best part. It was their relentless pursuit of getting to the bottom of the problem: it was perhaps more personal pride than professional ($). Oh, it all cost a bunch...but what doesn't nowadays? So, in addition to everything being new and working brilliantly, I appreciate Belsito's integrity to not give up or short-cut their effort. Quite the opposite. Hard to find these days. I'm sticking with Belsito.

I had to have some plumbing repaired and called these guys. They were able to come same day, were on time and very professional. The plumber Mario explained everything as he went and did a great job. He was also training Jesus who was also very professional. They had to return next day and did so to finish the job. I also had Bobby come to my home to explain the hardest of my water. He was very pleasant and also professional. I would recommend this company to others. Thanks

Sam was on time and very professional. He was knowledgeable of the problem and was able to explain the issue to me in way that I could easily understand. He finished the repairs in a timely fashion and was also friendly to my cat that pestered him during the repair processI will definitely call on them again.

Wonderful experience with Bumble Bee Plumbing. Adrian Medina came out to look at our reverse osmosis water system that was not working properly. He took his time to explain everything, and was then very thorough about our options going forward. Within an hour of him walking in the door he had our system up and working again! 5 star service for sure.

They are expensive and slow, but the worst things is that they left the job undone for a couple days (to do work on some other job) and left the sewer line open, allowing rats to infest our home (and making the home unlivable), and now are trying to lie about it regarding taking care of the rat damage. (I will update this if they decide to be honest, but so far, nothing but LIES!) Completely negligent! They are horrible! Never, ever use them!!! UPDATE: They said they would partially pay for my damages, but that seems to have been a lie as well, as they did not follow through. Also, I was told on the phone that if they took care of everyone that had a problem with their work, they could not stay in business. Hmmm... that must be a pretty big percentage of their customers? I wish they had said that before I signed the contract. What you need to ask yourself before using this company is Do you feel lucky?To update my review yet again, My Rooter agreed to pay for half of the damages they caused in my home. I agreed to that, then they rejected my signed agreement and said they would not send a check or agree to the resolution until my review was changed to a positive review. Seems like they are more interested in bribing me to remove my truthful review, endangering the public, than in actually covering any of their damages. Makes you wonder, with their admission that there are too many unhappy customers to satisfy and stay in business, how many of the apparently positive reviews were actually fake reviews that they bribed people to post... You've been warned to stay away from this company at all costs!!!
