First I want to thank Caesar for his great work and being such a professional with replacing my garbage disposal. He did such a great job I felt this is possibly the company to install my entire house water filters. Nelson you and Caesar understood exactly what I wanted and you delivered exactly what I wanted. Please note that my request was a tall order and most plumbers were offering other solutions that didn't meet my requirements.

They actually listen to you (the last repair person did not). They also told us about the best (and most cost effective) AC filters to get - Flanders High air flow filters (from Ace Hardware).

Scott updated our dated master bedroom/bath electrical outlets as well as installed new light fixtures. He was professional and experienced, was a nice change to work with this level of knowledge from an electrician. The results look excellent and he took the time to leave our rooms clean and ready to use.

2/6/23 This was a fantastic group of workers. Tony, Ashley, Lucas and Tristan. They worked well as a team. Very respectful towards us while working. We had a air ventilation issue where 3 rooms did not get proper amount of air. We have a Traine unit less than 5 years old. It had not been properly vented. This crew did amazing work. Cleaned up when finished. Very friendly and trustworthy. I highly recommend this company. It was a welcome change having such great service. Good price for the days work

Courtesy offered, NOT received. The technician told my husband and myself they would repair our air conditioner as a courtesy prior to the home warranty company authorizing the motor. End of story, bill sent to us, warranty didn’t cover all of the cost, call to office, threatened with collections and hung up on by receptionist. Free advice, wait for the authorization from warranty company before accepting “courtesy “.

When I called Scott's for a last minute request they were very helpful and professional, however for my last min request they were not available on that day (understandably though - everyone is super busy!). Thankfully they connected me with another drain professional who immediately called and was able to go to my house and assess the situation for me. I'm just so thankful for a business who is willing to look beyond their own business or financial gain and really just care about the client being taken care of, even if it wasn't them who would get the business. I already have Scott's scheduled for a different request and plumbing need. Thank you for your professionalism and care for the client!

These guys are top of the line! Eveything about them is professional! They recently installed a new ac unit for me and i was blown away, literally! Communication is everything and i would get texts and emails throughout the entire process. The 2 guys that came to my home to do the install were as clean and professional as I would have hoped. Technician came out and was here for less than 30 minutes he applied a couple strips of tape and left . I get a bill a couple weeks later for over $200. I asked for clarification never received a response. I had to call in and spoke to Sierra she was very rude in my opinion and condescending. I was never told about any $100 trip charge or anything else at the time of booking the service. The tech claims he was trying to reach me and He called once and I was home all day. Sierra was very dismissive, no empathy, very poor customer service. She Interrupted and rushed me off the phone. She even told me the president would tell me the same thing she told me. I said great so have them call me then. She is rude! Her tone was very dismissive and condescending.on my bill it showed notes the tech called ahead by 30 minutes. I checked my call log the tech called at 1201 pm. I spoke to Dispatch at 1225 pm and the tech had not yet arrived. I was billed all labor no parts or anything were replaced. Sierra lied and said my bill does not say anything about tape. I found the invoice it does say the tech used some tape and left. According to Sierra I was billed from about 1145 am until after 1pm but the tech didn't even arrive until after 1225 I spoke to Dispatch at that time and the tech was not here yet
