Highly Unlikely as a regular customer that I would ever call again. Your company is one of the most expensive, if not the most expensive in the valley , and then to give me an estimate of $ 6,000.00 and a little more for a job I got 3 estimates and each one never went over $ 1,500.00 your company is not only expensive, but your big time rip offs and this is after the service tech called the office to find out how much to charge me.

Great service! Jim was friendly and knowledgeable. Saved me money by repairing my garbage disposal and not having to replace it. Definitely recommend them and will use them again for any future needs.

I needed quarter-turn shut-off valves installed at my kitchen sink. I called at 9:30, and the technician was at my house within 90 minutes. Travis was prompt for the service call, professional, and completed the job in under an hour to my complete satisfaction.

Technician was efficient in explaining the needed repairs and was also extremely polite. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing exceeded my expectations.

We had a leak from our water filtration (RO) system. Parker & Sons expert/technician came to identify the issue. He was right on time and provided me options for the fix.We had the same technician come back to install a brand new RO system! I was able to schedule this within the week. Luis was right in time and got the job done well and quickly! He did not leave any packaging or mess behind. He left me with some notes and made himself available for questions if I had them.Such a great experience overall and I appreciate the timeliness, communication, and professionalism.Thank you, Luis!

A very honest and forth coming. Their tech guy Sean reviewed the plumbing after a tenant stated that there was leaking from there. He removed the drywall underneath the sink then a joining wall to that side of the kitchen. Turns out I have a roof leak that's been dripping water onto the dry wall so much so that there is mold and the moisture is leaking now *odd i know* but he checked the pipes and didn't find a leak and that was that. I paid $129 for the service fee but let me tell you, the first company that went out was up and ready to start placing cameras into the drain pipes and do a full diagnosis and charge $1,200!!

This was easily the best experience I have ever had with a plumbing repair. Troy from Aussie Plumber absolutely went above and beyond on diagnosing, explaining, and executing the necessary repairs. Our issues with air-knocking pipes, whistling pipes, and then 2 separate leaks (one outside, one sump-related) were not simple. It took a lot of work to figure it all out, then there were product/part sourcing challenges. Along the way, Troy (and Michelle in the office) kept us up to date and well informed. Their communication and commitment to seeing the repairs through really made a huge difference in my wife's and my peace of mind. Such a great experience it was worthy of writing a review!

We were facing an issue of our plumbing pipe leak detection then we searched and got Springs Plumbing for detecting the leak. Firstly they listened our problem and instantly figured out the leak. Really impressed with the service they provided us. The staff was prompt courteous and efficient. Love the job guys.

Doesnt even deserve one star. Dishonest technicians and an owner (Mike) who is willing to call a customer and tell them they are lying.



Back in May my tankless heater needed repairs. All parts were supplied under warranty by the manufacturer. Pruitts was hired to exchange all the parts provided. After they were at my home I had hot water and assumed the job was done.

Fast forward to 3 weeks ago, my unit starts leaking water and throwing the same error codes. I contacted the manufacturer to see if it was all still under warranty. Part of their determination is to take photos of the unit. After they compared my old photos to my new photos they noticed the parts were never exchanged. They still had the old date stamp on them, so unfortunately it is no longer covered under warranty.

So I contacted Pruitts to help make this situation right and allowed them to do their own investigation. Upon doing so, they called me and said I was lying about the parts being provided to the tech to do his job.

Im speechless. I now have nothing under warranty because they did not replace the parts provided and I am stuck with a completely destroyed unit in need of replacing (thousands of dollars in repairs). Do not trust them! They are dishonest from top to bottom.

Quick response to an emergency call. Fixed the problem in no time and made sure to explain the solution so we could fix it next time ourselves. Very much appreciated their level or service and their sharing of knowledge. Highly recommended!

Fast, friendly and knowledgeable service. Came out on Sunday over Memorial day weekend and found the leak inside my wall. Fixed it quick and gave good advice for prevention and other repair tips.
