Best Gas Leak Inspection in Phoenix AZ

Needed a new hot water heater at the rental house I'm in. Appt was between 3p and 5p. Kevin called and said he could come earlier if it was convenient. When does that ever happen..usually you have to wait until the end of the window. He showed up and told me when he figured he'd be done and was finished and gone in no time. Perfect!

Super Company:Jeff serviced my two Trane A/C-Heat units. He was a very pleasant person to deal with, worked efficiently, gave me some helpful hints, and was very friendly.He also did not try to sell me something (unlike I have experienced with another company in the past)!The Hays Cooling & Heating LLC company has serviced my units since 9/2010, and I have alway had excellent service and help from not only the technicians, but from the office personnel, to even the owner!Thanks you from a very satisfied customer.

Really impressed with the level of service that Penguin Air provided. I've been burned in the past with other providers and Penguin provided honest and prompt service to install two new units in our house. I worked with Jeff from Sales and Marcin on the implementation side and they were outstanding, friendly, and extremely reliable. They even use great software to let you know when they're on their way and for customers to easily rate their experience. Replacing AC sucks, it's expensive, but I'm very happy that we chose Penguin Air.

I called and they said they would arrive in about an hour, they arrived in an hour, came in a mask. Fixed my broken cartridge and was out in about 35 minutes. Very much appreciated their timely service.

Derrick was phenomenal! We had some things come up during our yearly AC check up that we weren’t planning. However Derrick and his manager handled everything really well and I’m glad that I chose them for our AC needs!

Chris and Mike and the team did an A+ job for us. They gave us our options of replacing the entire unit ( with different models) or replacing the compressor, capicitor, etc, all the while explaining the pros and cons of our options. Very professional with no pressure to make one choice or the other. In a scam-ridden industry, full of charlatans and incompetent bozos, it's refreshing to work with a company you can trust.

The technician Javier Cruz came out to my mom and stepdad‘s house the other day. We were so impressed with this guy he perform services on our system other technicians say they’ve done but looks like he went above and beyond to go ahead and do it better. Every step of the way he was explaining to my stepfather what he was doing and why he was doing we’ve had doubts about ace home services but this technician cleared that up for us. From getting off the truck looking so professional and handsome this is what an AC technician should look like. We were very spoiled having him out because I highly doubt there will be another technician like him from now on my stepdad has said he’s going to request Javier Cruz out every time we have our maintenance visits.

Our technician was excellent. He arrived on time and performed the work completely. He was knowledgeable and helpful. The job was to disconnect the gas stove, so it seemed a bit pricey, but we were satisfied with his work timely and professional work.

Best experience we have ever had with a contractor. Greg T. is a very good representative for George Brazil. On time for installation of our new AC unit. Clean, pleasant , and excellent worker. Took the time to explain each and every detail of what he was doing and why.I would hire him if I was in the business.

We feel like we won the lotto with this company! We are extremely happy with their fast response and professionalism. I can now say we no longer have to keep searching for an AC company! Thank god! Unlike most AC companies we had in the past, they knew the problem immediately with no round abouts and no answers like, I think you may have this problem or I'm not sure what's really wrong with your AC which drove me Bunkers from other companies. They straight out told us what was wrong and what had to be done immediately. You can feel it when you know you have found a very knowledgable AC guy. We knew we did right away! We honestly thought we wouldn't have AC for 9 days and having pets made it more difficult. But I was wrong. They came out the next day after we made the purchase of the new AC unit. I can honestly say by far, these guys are awesome! My husband and I can't thank you enough Ryan! You and your team have truly saved us and our pets. They are sure happy now! They have us for life! Patrick Riley’s technician, Sam, did a great job. He was respectful, professional and knowledgeable about the functioning of our HVAC system and didn’t rush us to make a decision. Our first experience with the company was a pleasant one!

Tech was great. Advised me of his findings. Great service Only issue was when I called a couple days before my appt to advise them I might be a little late coming home by 15-30 minutes in a 2 hour window I was told I had to reschedule. I actually left work early because of this. I was scheduled for 12-2 I was home by 1150 and tech didn’t arrive until after 1. Poor flexibility

David Byrnes is extremely knowledgeable and will provide a thorough and complete evaluation of your current system or of your needs for a new system. Their prices for HVAC units and service are quite reasonable and definitely below the big companies you see advertised on TV, mailings and newspapers. The installation team for the new heat pump I purchased were great. They did a quality job, were professional and friendly and cleaned up everything when they were done. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend them.

I got a new RO system. The price was amazing and the service even more so, if that can be. I will use Second Opinion for all of my plumbing and ac needs. Kyle serviced the ordering and installation of the RO. He is polite, knowledgeable, responsible and very skilled. Excellent business!

These guys are the best! Our a/c went out on a weekend and they showed up within a few hours to diagnose the problem. Thankfully it was still under warranty.

Unfortunately the manufacturer gave us the run around on replacement parts (apparently they no longer support our unit, even though it’s only 3 years old). Meanwhile our house was 118 degrees inside!!!

Rather than continue to wait on the manufacturer Junior and Jerry found a complete unit and swapped mine out.

I am grateful to know their are good people still in the world! Thank you for getting us back into our home!

Huge kudos to Aldo!l Alliance Plumbing and Air. So welcoming to have a knowledgeable tech. Polite! He had evey item (tool, rag, bucket) he needed to perform excellent maintenance. Provided protection to the carpet as he worked and cleaned up afterwards. The world needs more people like Aldo.

I have worked with Valleywide Plumbing for the last 2 years. I have used them to fix issues with our plumbing in the bathrooms for our company. They have always responded in a timely manner & give me an eta on their arrival. They respond quickly usually out the same day depending on when the issue is reported but at least out the next day. I've worked with Patrick every time and he is always pleasant and very customer service focused. Good at evaluating what the problem is, offers solutions & recommendations to correct the problem. If parts need to be ordered, I receive a phone call immediately to give me an update.

Last year, we had a minor flood issue in the building from a tube that broke off the toilet over night. We called Valleywide Plumbing, Patrick came out immediately, fixed the problem with replacement tubing and took the initiative to locate & contact a water restoration company for me to start drying out the water damage.
