This crew is truly professional. I am extremely pleased with the level of service and attention to detail. Their technician, Josh, kept me up to date with every detail. I don't live in the area and Josh had to go out and find a specific part in the area for my shower and once he found it, it was replaced right away. He offered solid, cogent, professional advice from a distance and he and Robbins were very flexible. They also installed a new water softener system for us. I will definitely be using these guys if I need plumbing services in the future and will certainly recommend them to anyone asking me for a good plumbing service. Well done Robbins and Josh!

Once again, this company has proven why they have such great rating and have been in business for so long.1. Booking an appointment online is easier than it should be. I made one this morning for later in the same day. Easy.2. Ethan called during the appointment window but I didn't answer. They followed up every half hour until I was available. Some might find this annoying. I think it's awesome that a business would work so hard to reach me when I clearly failed at holding up my end of the bargain (being available during a window I chose).3. When we finally connected, a full 1.5 hours after my window, Ethan said he would arrive in 30 minutes. He did exactly that.4. Ethan was smiling on the phone, despite me not being available when I said I would. He was also smiling when he arrived. I'm talking a genuine, I'm happy to be here to help you, kind of smile.5. Ethan practically fixed the problem just listening to me explain the issue. He really listened to me, by the way. He didn't come in to my house acting like the smartest person on the subject, despite the fact that he obviously is. At several moments he could have made me look and feel stupid. He did not at all. In fact, he turned my failed thermostat install around and made it sound like I helped him.6. At the end of it all, 5 minutes later, Ethan left me without a bill and that same genuine, infectious smile on his face.Service like this barely exists today. I thought I had a water leak and I didn't thankfully! Isaac was prompt, smart and didn't charge me for the appointment! AMAZING!

APES saved the day when no other appliance repair companies would! My girlfriend was going through a time time, husband moved-out on the family unexpectedly, holidays were rough and she returned home to a leaky washing machine that flooded her utility room about 2 inches deep of soapy water. Did I mention that is was also her birthday celebration??
My friend Christine decided to surprise our friend by repairing the washer so her kids would have clean clothes for school.
