I was very pleased with the quality and professionalism of our plumber, Mark. (On the other hand, I was not pleased with the quality of my pipes. Yuck. Not even the roto rooter would clean them out. I guess when you live in a 70 year old house, you gotta expect some problems.)Mark explained everything thoroughly, was quick, professional, efficient, friendly and cleaned up after himself. In addition, he offered me the opportunity to join the maintenance program. It was pretty much a no-brainer since it saved my 10% on my plumbing bill. All in all, an excellent experience.

We use Yavapai Plumbing & Heating for our Air Conditioning and Heating service, so we called them when our water line broke. Plumbing Technician John Adkisson, Andrew, and Nathan arrived promptly and finished excavating the main water line trench. 2 previous independent contractors failed to finish, so we decided to have Yavapai Plumbing do the whole job in house. The job was completed in one afternoon. We have clean running water again! They even added a yard box with a shut off valve so we don't have to go to the easement to shut off water main if needed. I was assigned this contractor through my home warranty company. I scheduled an appointment for AC issues. My appointment was initially set for Wed between 1 and 5PM. No one ever showed and I did not receive any calls from the company. After calling them myself to check the status, I was told that due to delays, they would be out the following day between 1 and 5PM. At 8:30PM, a technician had still not been to my residence and I had received no updates from the company. I was finally able to get a technician on the phone who indicated he would personally be at my residence between 9:30 and 10Am the following morning. Well, they never showed and again no updates from the company. Even though it is during business hours, no one will answer their phone and the message says they are closed. I would not recommend doing business with this company. Very unprofessional.

First heating and air contractor I have used in Az. Ryan came out same day I called about getting a quote. He was very friendly and straightforward. He gave me the best quote of all four quotes I got. And he was no pressure and no upsell tactics. Ryan and his guys showed up at my house right on time , if not early and got whole job done quickly and efficiently. Thay did exactly everything he said he would and put everything back together well and cleaned up nicely. He even had a guy that came about an hour and hauled away the old unit and components ,etc. Ryan’s installers were friendly and very professional. Ryan came back at the end and checked everything out also. I will use Comfort Experts from now on only. I only wish they did plumbing too so I could call them for that. These are

Nathan was great and stayed late to fix unit so we didn't have to suffer the heat another night. Only negative was I thought it was a bit pricy for the 2-3 hours labor involved. Otherwise, whole experience was great.

The technician was very nice, we had him come out for a diagnostic. The gentleman told us our motor blower went out and it would $1300 for repair. When we had our family come out to replace the $300 motor. Turns out the transformer was bad and our motor was completely fine. Unfortunately we paid $120 for a false diagnosis. Glad we didn’t pay the $1300 and did more investigating ourself.

AccuTemp came out to assess my AC and the tech, by his own statement, stripped out the threads on the service valve so it constantly leaks. GM Joey Murley refused to fix it and my AC has not work in over 5 months because they damaged the unit and refuse to fix it. Joey Murley has done nothing but tell me lie after lie after lie such that I know that he is lying to me whenever he opens his mouth. He flat out lied to me right to my face and told me the service valve they damaged was not leaking and when he left and I checked and, contrary to his flat out lie to my face, it was leaking severely. I am waiting for the Registrar of Contractors to investigate. AccuTemp damaged my unit and abandoned the job leaving me with no AC for over 5 months. And the review that follows by Cathy Murley only proves that she is as big a liar as her son. Nothing got resolved. They came out and my AC had a service valve/Schader valve leak which was worse after they left and after they left after that, my AC does not work at all and will not even turn on at all and I have been with AC all summer and heat all winter. Joey and Cathy Murley are the 2 most untruthful people I have even met in my entire life and working with them has been a complete nightmare.
