Broken pipe between well and house; leaky shower and broken toilet flushing mechanism. This was a Sunday emergency and Tim, the plumber was here for most of the day - including time spent getting the right parts. The quality of the work was excellent and Tim was the consummate professional in every way. The experience was not cheap, but the quality of what I got more than made up for that. I will definitely return.

I WAS a VIP Plan member for service to a Condo(rental) that we own in Phoenix. Service check was scheduled for March 11, 8-11AM. Well..they called and changed it to afternoon, 2-4PM. Then called and cancelled, rescheduled for Friday March 18, 8 - noon. Then cancelled and rescheduled for Tuesday March 22, morning. FINALLY did arrive and do the service. I have a renter in this Condo who does work from home and has many tele/video conferences, so this was a total injustice to her, for they had to change times that would correspond with her availability, then so many changes, was NOT good customer service. I will NOT purchase another VIP Plan and shall utrilize another service company.

Both technicians were very professional and friendly. They were very informative and answered all my questions. There are things that needs to be fixed but I never felt pushed or felt to make a decision now. I really love working with proSkill’s. My coworker recommended and I know why. I have been with ProSkill’s for the last several years and I have to say, I have never been disappointed.

My wife and I have been using Scott for over 4 years, since we moved back to Ahwatukee. We had two old AC units that we needed to have serviced. I was really impressed with Scott's approach. He checked each unit and gave us several options. He explained how he could cheaply repair them to keep them working, or he could replace one or both units. Every time we call Scott for work, he tried to help us understand the issue, and he always tells us how he can do the job in the most cost effective way. I have never felt like he has tried to pressure us into expensive, unnecessary work. This year we finally had Scott replace both units. In the process he found work that was done incorrectly by the builders. He came back multiple times to make sure his work was completed to 100%, and to fix the problems caused by others. There is no one else we would trust to do our Plumbing or AC work.

Has done work at my business and my home and has always done a great job I would highly recommend them and I do all the time.

I have to put this out there. These people are the hardest working company out there. They go the distance and beyond. They work countless hours to make sure the job is done and done right. I may not know all the staff there but, I can guarantee this company is committed to hard work, high standards and being the best that they can be. Especially in my biased option Jr.

Making an appointment was super easy and the technician was friendly, quick, very helpful with information, polite and completely professional. I will not hesitate to call this company again when I need a plumber.

Had my heating unit go out. When other companies wanted to charge me an after hours fee for the weekend plus over time. They were able to come out and repair my heating unit and got the unit up and running same day with out all the crazy extra frees everyone else charges! Great experience. My tech that was sent out to my home was Isreal and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable of my unit. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Austin H. came to our property at Sierra Foothills to work on some plumbing repairs. We have a lot of vendors who come in and out of our property but Austin H. was very polite, respectful and dressed professionally . That what we like to see and work with. Our experience with Pro-Tec refrigeration was terrible. We hired them to fix a commercial freezer, that was operating, but wouldn't reach sub-zero temps. After their tech worked on it, the unit would no longer reach temps below the high 30's rendering it completely unusable. I contacted the office the next day (Sat.) and was promised that a technician would be at our place of business first thing Tuesday morning. No one showed up and we have been unable to get a return call. However, Pro Tec did charge our credit card over $1200. We were never given an invoice, any supporting docs or shown any old parts. I called another company and their tech was out the following day and completed the original repair, but also repaired the damage apparently caused by the Pro Tec (which is why it would no longer reach freezing temps after his 'repair'). I understand that people make mistakes, but Pro-Tec's complete lack of customer support and follow through, after the sale, is completely inexcusable in my book.
