Thanks to Homework Remodels for a great job helping me restore my 1920s home. After the restoration was complete on the original house, they built my addition which included a master suite, a laundry room and a breakfast nook. They are very knowledgeable about historic restoration and they knew how to work with the historic society and the city to get the proper approvals and permits needed to meet the historic preservation requirements. They were a pleasure to work with and the new addition looks like it was part of the original house.

We used Acuity Builders for our personal home after a lift station malfunctioned in our basement. The attention to detail from Kenny was fantastic as well as the communication and deliverable of the remodel. I would highly recommend Acuity and happen to be calling them again to assist us in repair after a more minor leak this time but definitely a job I know they will deliver on and do so in a timely manner.

ATR was fantastic putting together some complicated furniture and hanging a couple of heavy rugs that required exact measurements and anchors. Before they left, I made sure to engage them for other handyman tasks, and now that I've found someone completely reliable, I'm planning a few major projects that I will use them for, as well. Covert assisted us on two occasions with a bathroom remodel. Initially, they were hired to perform a to the studs demo of an aged bathroom. They were prompt, thorough and respectful of the adjacent rooms. I was impressed with their preparedness and teamwork.

After our great experience with initial demolition, we had them return to sheetrock and tape the previously demo'd room. They were enthusiastically creative in matching previous coved ceiling/plaster walls with drywall and taping mud. It was art, not simple construction. James was/is the best. I am a seasoned DIY'er that is pleased with the quality of their work, professionalism and pride in their product. They helped me maintain the southwest character of my home.

We have had Qualtire Plumbing do both residential and commercial work for us. They have always been timely, a good value and always providing great customer service. We have recommended several times and have the same feedback each time.

They underbid the job and cut corners with painting. There's only 1 person with experience, the other 3 consist of 2 teenage boys and an elderly woman who needed constant direction. They bid it to be done in 3 days, took 2 weeks and some days they didn't show or call. They changed color and finish halfway through without notice. I don't recommend these people, they quit before they finished, so we had to hire another contractor to finish the job. Watch out for the female boss, she controls the money and all of the shortcuts they take.
