He is trustworthy, on time, professional, and easy to work with. When we moved in to our new house I wanted our washer and dryer back in the house instead of in the garage where the past owners had moved it. My husband thought he could handle it, but when he got to the plumbing it became a big mess. We called Allover Plumbing and they were able to get to us quickly and had the problem fixed in no time. Having moved into a home with a septic tank, we didn't know what to do, but when I called Rita at Paradise Septic, I felt so much calmer. Anthony from Anthony's Plumbing came to check out an issue I was having with a leak in my shower. He was extremely professional and helpful in looking to find the cause the leak. He also was very Covid safe, in that he wore a mask, gloves, and even shoe covers, which made me feel much more comfortable with him coming into my home during a pandemic. The gang at Ajax are simply fantastic. We've had the odd septic issues over the years and honestly, I can't imagine calling anyone else. They come as soon as they are able; they're knowledgeable and they don't try to plow you under, money-wise--when you are miserable and desperate and willing to do ANYTHING to get it fixed. HIGHLY recommend.

I have worked with Valleywide Plumbing for the last 2 years. I have used them to fix issues with our plumbing in the bathrooms for our company. They have always responded in a timely manner & give me an eta on their arrival. They respond quickly usually out the same day depending on when the issue is reported but at least out the next day. I've worked with Patrick every time and he is always pleasant and very customer service focused. Good at evaluating what the problem is, offers solutions & recommendations to correct the problem. If parts need to be ordered, I receive a phone call immediately to give me an update.

Last year, we had a minor flood issue in the building from a tube that broke off the toilet over night. We called Valleywide Plumbing, Patrick came out immediately, fixed the problem with replacement tubing and took the initiative to locate & contact a water restoration company for me to start drying out the water damage.

I called this company today to unclog a waste line.They sent out a man by the name of Jerry. Jerry did an outstanding job. He was very professional in his appearance and is an excellent representation of the company. His work was outstanding. He resolved the problem and left the area clean and neat. I would highly recommend this company and Jerry if you happen to get him.

Our septic tank needed to be emptied as it had been many many years since it was last done. It had been so long, that we didn't even know we had a septic tank. Besides emptying the tank, they had 2 guys and a tractor here for about 2 hours. They had to remove a lot of dirt just to get down to the tank lid. The total repair costs less money than what most plumbers charge for doing half as much work. Even though there was more work, they came in below the original estimate. They cleaned up the entire place when they were finished and I would highly recommend them.

Rooter Ranger was great! Casey the technician that came out same day that I called for repair, answered all my questions and concerns and was very helpful to fully understanding the problem for my sink. He came In and was able to get done really quickly. Highly recommend this company to anybody who is having problems with any plumbing. Will certainly use them in the future for any repairs!

I’ll never use this company again. I had them replace my garbage disposal. First time they came it wasn’t installed right. Second time they forgot to remove the plug that goes to the dish washer and I ended up lightly flooding my kitchen. 6 months later it stopped working. I called them to check it out possibly replace it and I was told “ it’s not under warranty anymore and I would have to pay for a brand new one”. Save your money and find someone else
