Did an amazing job on our pantry door. Was hard to find someone who would drill the knob holes and mortise for the hinges. The door came out perfect and in a short amount of time. Thank you very much!

Brandon was over and changed out an old bathroom exhaust fan. He was very professional and friendly. He was running ahead of schedule so called to see if he could stop by early. He cleaned up everything and made the whole process super easy.

On a very hot day in early September I had a broken door casing on my front door preventing it from closing properly. I called Jennifer to schedule an appointment. An appointment was made for Thursday at noon. The technician Christian called me at 1150am to tell me he was 5 minutes away. 2hrs and 15 minutes later the door casing board was replaced, all door trim reinstalled cleanly, door re-hung and my very fair bill paid. Christian was even knowledgeable and kind enough to pick up longer 3 hinge screws that went all the way into the casing board to prevent this from ever happening again. I dont often write this sparkling of reviews but Response Crew was 5 star perfect and I highly recommend them.

Outstanding experience Jason and Greg are very talented and wonderful to work with!. Greg fixed molding after being damaged by termites, reframed my daughters closet door so it opened into the room, painted, fixed an electrical scones that wasn’t working...the list goes. I’m very happy with their work!!

I’ve used John twice now. He’s the best, he actually tries to fix things before replacing them. Doesn’t charge an arm and a leg for his time and he loves what he does. He’s officially the handyman I will go to from now on. There’s no one better.

Jim arrives ready and able to fix all your electrical needs. He recently hung a chandelier where there was no electrical there. And last year he hung another one, also fixed two outlet issues and hung new outdoor garage lights where we had none. Chris was great to work with. I first reached out to a couple other handymen and left voicemails but never heard back from either company. I did another search and found Priority One so I submitted a quote request through their website. I received an e-mail response within the hour which was a pleasant surprise seeing as how the previous companies completely ignored me. I was given a quote early the following morning which I approved and the repairs were scheduled for later that week. Chris arrived on time and was very friendly. One of my projects was replacing my bathroom faucet that had a slow leak. Chris explained that the faucet just needed a new seal and didn't actually need to be completely replaced. I really appreciated his honesty and will definitely recommend him to others in the future.

Chris has helped us with multiple projects around our house. Chris is prompt, responsible, and professional. He replaced our kitchen sink faucet and per his recommendation, we installed a touch-less kitchen faucet. You wave your hand by the faucet to turn it on and off. It's a great addition to our home. Other projects Chris has done for us include replacing our shower head from a standard shower head to a rain shower. He also replaced our garbage disposal for us. We would definitely use him again.
