John Nunez was very friendly and professional. He did a great job checking our heating system and explaining what we needed to do to keep our system running efficiently. Unfortunately, Goettl’s prices are astronomical. We got 2 other quotes for the services and they were 1/2 of what Goettl was pricing us. John was wonderful, but we will no longer be using Goettl based on their costs.

James, the 1st Choice Mechanical tech, came to our house to see exactly what our needs were and to see our home. He did not try to sell me as he wanted to send us a complete analysis that would best serve our needs from a technical and financial point of view. He represented himself and 1st Choice well.

Replaced 20 year old 5 ton unit. Was worried about potential roof damage and length of installation. They showed up on time, finished in a day and not a mark on the roof! Could not ask for more.

Eduardo is absolutely amazing at explaining the process on a project. He is so knowledgeable and easygoing. The crew that did the work were great guys. All of them were very respectful and quality minded in their work. We have saved lots on our energy bill since then. Today we had REEIS replace our A/C unit. We would not have considered anyone else. We were not disappointed: Orlando, Vincent and the rest of the crew were awesome, professional, and personable. We look forward to a long term relationship with the service department for the regular service checks that will protect our investment.

Jimmy is very professional and he is a phenomenal singer as I heard him from the rooftops.

My service man was absolutely wonderful. Everything was done in a timely fashion. He was conscientious and explained the repairs. Plus, he took it upon himself to call the air conditioning manufacture under warranty, and was able to get me the best price.

Called at 3 AM on a holiday and they were here by 1PM. AC fixed in 20 minutes. Danny was so friendly, kind, informative, and professional! Highly Recommend!

My trustworthy AC guy-John from Chill Factor retired. John referred me to Preferred Air. I made an appointment to have my AC unit checked for the summer. Fernando was on time and very professional. They inspected and cleaned the unit. I was shown pictures of my unit. The charge was reasonable and all done electronically . I hope to use them for many years in the future. Thanks Preferred Air! I am ready for the summer. See you in the fall for a heating check. Had my heat checked for this cold winter. Great service, normal wear and tear. Now to get ready for the blazing hot summer.

Patrick Riley Co contacted us to perform a maintenance inspection on our AC system. Travis Fritz arrived promptly, was neat, polite and immediately inspected the roof, AC, controls, etc. He replaced filters, inspected the thermostat and explained the operations of the AC/heating elements. You know how when you find good people, it's evident? Good people have a certain way they talk, a certain way they walk, a certain way they help you through things.

Gerald and his team, (which I think consists mostly of his family) are just plain good people.

We had the unfortunate circumstance to have both of our A/C units experience issues in the summer of 2020 (of course, need I say more?). By the time we started talking with Gerald, I had already been on an a/c contractor parade. I buy nothing that will cost 10k+ without shopping around, so we're talking Excel spreadsheet comparison with all the different quotes, ideas, suggestions, etc...

I can say Gerald wasn't the least expensive option on the list, but was definitely one of the better prices, and his company offered a labor warranty that was 2.5x longer than the next closest installer. Bang for the buck-- this was a no-brainer.

On install day his team showed up and they're delightful. I can't imagine working in 100+ degree heat in an attic all day, so I honestly couldn't be more thankful. They're polite, informative and again, just plain good people.

I watched our old stuff hit the road and the new stuff come in, and wow. Totally awesome.

These guys are pretty epic! Save yourself the contractor parade. What you get here is an amazing value at a great price. Couldn't be more pleased!
