Binh Tran has been coming to our house for many, many years to service our AC and evap cooler.
He is always very friendly and professional. There were never any problems.
I will ask for him to come when the next maintenance is due.

We had a fantastic experience with SG they installed my new air conditioners/heaters. I use Parker & Sons whenever I need electrical or plumbing help. They never fail to fully please me. I had an electrical issue at 3am on Christmas Eve a few years back. They came out immediately fixed everything and there was NO surcharge of any kind. Every employee is very friendly and they all know everything they are doing. Can't say enough!!

All around excellent experience! I requested a quote for 2 new ac units and Ryan M reached out very quickly. He came out the next day and was very thorough and explained everything to me. He gave me a very fair quote. We did get quotes from about 7 places and at the end of the day the work that Comfort Experts was right for us. We did research and read reviews and it was the right fit for us! We called Ryan the day before thanksgiving and he got us on the schedule for the following week. They are installing today and will be done but so far they are excellent. Very hard working, very respectful, and overall we are very very happy! Definitely recommend. We will be using them for all AC needs from now on.

I’ve been so pleased with the service calls I’ve made. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been so responsive, respectful, and professional. In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have been especially cautious about our interactions with others but the service staff have come masked, maintained distance, and worn shoe coverings in and out of the house. In addition, they explained the issues, provided helpful instruction about maintaining our system, and even hooked up an option we didn’t know we had on our unit! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. When it was time to pay, we felt the cost was incredibly fair. Should we need future repairs, this will be our first call!
