My repair man Nathan White was very professional and took great care to do a great job and respected my home. I highly recommend him! You won't be disappointed.

I received an estimate of $2530.00 to replace the faucet fixtures in two bathrooms. that did not include parts and would leave us with two walls to repair. We were told because the parts were old, no replacements were available. The technician tried for an hour to remove faucet valve
A handyman/ plumber came the next day and removed the four Pfister valves, went to Ace hardware, bought new valves and replaced the four valves in the two bathrooms. Job took him one hour and 15 mins. He charged me $ 200., that’s two hundred dollars. That’s a difference of $ 2330.00.
You make the call as if these are competent, honest people.

Best HVAC company in town!! Tim and Jarred installed a Halo Led air purifier in my system. These guy did a great job. On time, high level of knowledge, Covid complaint.
Tim and Jarred took the time to fully explain the installed product.

I cannot give AZ Perfect Comfort enough praise. We came home from an extended leave on Wednesday afternoon to a non-working AC. After checking their reviews, I called Janna. She scheduled an appointment for 9:00 am Thursday. Dan arrived early and got right to work. It showed that he really knows his stuff. He diagnosed the problem and clearly explained our options. We chose to replace the whole unit. Janna called me and set us up for installation the same day. Dan and Fred had us in cool comfort before the sun went down.

They were on time and worked very quickly to get my old A/C unit off of the house and the new one installed. They were also very friendly and professional!

Thank goodness for Lincoln Air! Our AC unit had been broken for quite some time, and Arizona heat is nothing to play around with. We needed it fixed ASAP! We called a family friend to take a look at our broken unit and we were quoted thousands of dollars worth of work and equipment. It wasn't until we called Lincoln Air out that we found out it wasn't as expensive as we thought. They were able to find us a less expensive repair and provide us with excellent service! The employees are timely and kind, the office is polite, and the work is fast, efficient, and appropriately priced. I DEFINITELY recommend Lincoln Air!

John provides great service, he’s efficient, honest and doesn’t try no up sell. He just does what needs to be and provides honest feedback about the condition of the systems. He’s the best A/C tech I’ve dealt with in the valley!

So our air broke down at 930pm and I called and Jimmy came out and fixed it right up for us. He was the sweetest guy ever! I made sure I gave him a water because it was hot. And come to find out he is the owner of Arcadia air that was awesome ! I would recommend this company to anyone and the price was so low I mean come on there is nothing better then getting. Good price on an air conditioning problem. So if you need anything call them they are 24 hours thanks Arcadia air!

Parker and Sons, and in particular their technician Eric, were absolutely top notch. Quick response and same day installation. Eric was easy to work with and did a wonderful job. He has a great attitude and was very pleasant.

I have used Comfort Experts for many years to service my ac unit. When it came time to replace the unit, Ryan was right there to walk me through the whole process. Their knowledge of all brands really made it easy to choose the right unit for my house. I could not believe how easy and quick he made the process. Too bad he can’t clone himself and just take over for all of the other so called Ac technicians out there. Grade A service!

Howard Air installed a mini split unit in my home a year ago. We’ve had a few problems with the unit ( one requiring a new heat exchanger that took two weeks to get) and now I have a flashing LED on the indoor unit. When the LED flashes, the unit will not run. I called Howard Air to inform them of the problem. And even though I have a 10 year warranty, they told me I had to pay $98.00 for a diagnostic test. I was surprised by this but I paid it. When the tech arrived he thought there was a transformer issue, but he called someone and they told him to pull the main power breaker, wait a few minutes and plug it back in. The reset seemed to work until the next day when I got home to a warm bedroom and a flashing green LED. That prompted me to call Howard Air again. They were curious and all and I was given a Thursday morning between 7 and 12:00. I also received TWO confirmation emails. I stayed home all morning waiting for someone to arrive, and at 3:00 PM I called and was told the appointment was in the afternoon!!! I then read word for word the email I was sent, and was told there was a mixup. Now I have to wait until Monday. Heck of a way to run a business

Very fast work, even during the busiest season here in AZ. Had to have a new a/c unit installed. Showed up early, finished early, quality work done, cleaned up everything when done. All this and almost $1k less than other estimates I got. Very satisfied, and glad to have a cool house again. They were very easy to work with and explained everything. Definitely my new go to a/c company.

These guys have the most amazing customer service! We've used these guys for a few year now, and whenever we have had an urgent matter, they would get out the next day to check the problem out. They've been so easy to work with for my home and for our rental. Our renters even brag about them! If you want a skilled, reasonably priced company with fast great service, then call this company.

We contacted AirZona along with 3 other contractors to replace our furnace and air conditioning units. Gerald (AirZona owner) arrived at the designated time, inspected our existing system, and went over their proposed system and pricing. He was very personable and explained the items in terms that we could understand. We went with AirZona on the spot, based on Gerald's explanations.

The installation process was just as smooth. Again, Gerald arrived with the installation crew, and they were all professional, courteous, and very friendly. The installation took the entire day, but the crew each worked on tasks that minimized any unnecessary delay, and didn’t seem to mind the questions I had during the process.

I highly recommend AirZona for any HVAC needs that you may have. From the quoting process through installation and annual maintenance activities, Gerald and the AirZona team set themselves apart from other contractors we have used … they are ROCK STARS, and can’t thank them enough for taking such good care of us.

I have absolutely no idea how this company is still in business. A work order was submitted to have a technician come out to my unit between 2-4 pm. At 4:30 I called because he didn't show up and he had gone to the wrong address. For some reason they didn't consider it important to check what unit they were working on. Then, once they do show up they have no masks or gloves on and enter my apartment. Only to then say that nothing is wrong.

However, when it is 84 degrees and humid in my apartment and my AC is set to 77, it suggests that something is indeed wrong when you consider it is only 85 outside at night and in the early morning. So they send another technician who also says that he can't find anything wrong. He requests pictures of the thermostat showing the difference of temperature, which I provide. They then say it's an insulation issue. That is impossible though because I have lived in this unit through 2 summers already and have had no issues. My neighbors are also experiencing no issues with their temperatures.

Edit to respond to owner: You did not reach out to my management company when you saw the address did not match, I had to call you myself and tell you they didn't show up. Only then did you say someone would be on their way. I never received any phone call signifying a delay due your reps realizing they went to the wrong location. The fact that you would lie about this matter further highlights the issues that your company has.

You also never addressed the fact that you could not resolve my issue. Another company was brought out and the rep actually listened to me and was able to solve the problem! It was a connection issue like I had suggested multiple times which is why nothing looked wrong to your reps. Instead, your first rep chose to remove freon, and the second one said there was nothing that can be done.

Preemptive tl;dr AccuTemp won't flood the airwaves with commercials, but there's no substitute for a reliable company that doesn't put the squeeze on your wallet. We've had them out a handful of times over the years, and this company has always been a fair dealer. They deserve your business. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.

Now the deets:

About a month ago over a weekend, our AC went out in a monsoon storm. Facing a sticky, sweaty night, we scheduled with the first company to answer the phone at midnight, which unfortunately wasn't AccuTemp, our usual standby. Turns out, answering the phones overnight is a poor way to judge reliability. That other company was evasive about when precisely they would be coming out (so much for 24/7 emergency service, too) and seemed to struggle with communication between technician and dispatch.

With morning giving way to afternoon, temps inside rising, and no work van in sight, we gave AccuTemp a jingle. Unlike the company that shall remain nameless, AccuTemp managed to give us an actual estimated time of arrival AND THEN beat that time by about an hour! Once here, the technician Brian was very friendly and helpful while explaining everything he was doing to fix the chain of issues plaguing our old unit. He got the AC up and running and didn't break the bank doing so. Here I am a month later with an AC that is chilly as ever!

They did a great job. Would hire again.
