She coordinated with all of the contractors and keep me in the loop as the solar system was being installed. I would highly recommend Rooftop Solar to anyone and have recommended them to all of my neighbors. 7 months later I contacted Michelle for some questions and she responded immediately with answer to my concerns.

I had an electrical issue in my home and had no power. I called and explained the situation to Tom and he changed his schedule around to fit me in. He fixed it that same day! He was very professional and I am grateful to Wattmasters. Excellent customer service and a great company!

The financial benefits have not ever been what was promised. I spent months working with Sun Power, only to find out that the panels are functional as promised, but the number of panels determined by Harmon Solar are insufficient. Also, the salesperson promised that Harmon would install the mesh to prevent birds from nesting. That didn't happen; the sales guy would never return my calls. We had the mesh installed and paid for it ourselves. The whole experience has been a big disappointment.
