Very quick and responsive. Called for an estimate, rep was out next day, looked at system and recommended a unit based on needs. Didn't try to upsale to something bigger and not needed. Install was set for next day. Was expecting installers in afternoon, they came first thing in the morning. Unexpected but not an issue. Install only took a couple of hours. Very impressed with how quickly they were able to complete the job. The only hiccup was we were supposed to get new grates for our intakes, but the installers weren't provided those. I was told that someone would be back to take care of those.Overall great experience!

Amer was quick and knowledgeable. He identified the issue I was having after a brief diagnostic, repaired it, and was on his way, all within 15 minutes. Everything was easily affordable, which helps me a lot, as a student. Would certainly recommend him in particular, for the expertise, professionalism, and excellent communication.

James was on time for the scheduled appointment. Explained to me about what he would be checking for and showed me on my AC unit. Went to the attic (crawl space) and explained to me about the unit up there and about the drainage system. He did not rush and answered any questions I had.

This company took a deposit ($700) equal to half the cost of the job then canceled on the job the next morning giving me no time to find someone else. So, I potentially have to go another day without AC because I relied on this company to do what it said it was going to do. UPDATE - They did refund my money. But, you don't take a deposit if you can't do the job. And, despite this dude's response, I did get another company to fix the AC, but it did take an additional 4 days -cause of the weekend and they couldn't find the part this guy already located and supposedly had ready. What most likely happened is this guy was afraid that the compressor wasnt actually broken (see his response) and would not get reimbursed for it - since warranty only applies if its in fact broken. Regardless, I have running air now, and it certainly is in no way due to this company. This guy also has no class and insulted me multiple times via text, just have to read his response to get a feel for how this guy acts and treats its customers. It's also beyond comical how he tries to put into quotes a conversation that I never had and would never. Dude called me a jerk via text which is just funny. Not someone that is worth dealing with, lots of better companies out there ran by people with class.

My a/c had finally died after 29 years. I decided to get 3 bids and went online and sent interest requests . I heard from 2 and added a quote from Costco. AZ Perfect Comfort was the first to come out. They were the best in their initial inspection and presentation of the proposal. They also had the best price and were the earliest for installation and availability! I had been without a/c for 10 days at that point so this was important! Within 30 minutes my house had cooled 10 degrees! And so much quieter! And Fred and Justin were amazing! Very professional and friendly. Highly recommend!

Alien AC installed our A/C unit for us 8 1/2 years ago. We came home yesterday to a 90 degree house and realized our fan motor wasn't blowing. We called their service department and they were out within 30 minutes with a new motor. Thank you so much for your quick response. I highly recommend Chris and his service technicians at alien a c.

Our AC started leaking and was pooling under the pedestal and these folks were able to get a guy out in under two hours . He fixed the problem for the time and suggested a more permanent fix which was very helpful and we will be going forward with. Thanks guys.

We had an independent AC tech replace the fan motor of outside unit and since it was so loud that we could not even talk to reach other while it was running. After Howard Air did their wok the unit is so quiet again. The technician said the other technician had put the wrong size capacitor in for the motor and it was overloading the fan motor.

I called Parker and Sons around noon today because I had a difficult experience with the previous plumber that was assigned to me through my home warranty. I had been without hot water for a week already. I explained that I needed a new hot water heater to Parker and Sons and the other details. They put me on the on call list. Brett called and asked if it was convenient for him to come over in 40 minutes. It was. He arrived at about 2. He checked it out. Agreed I needed a new water heater. Went over the different options and pricing. He answered all my questions. I made the decision to go with them. He took out the old WH, went to get the new one, and was back within a half hour. It is not even 5pm and I have hot water again. I will gladly pay a bit more for outstanding customer service. I was prepared to not have hot water until Friday or Saturday if they needed that time. Parker and Sons knocked this one out of the park. I will be using Parker and Sons in the future for all my household repair needs. No more home warranty with awful customer service by them and their contractors. Way to go Parker and Sons!

Art, the technician that came out to my home was professional, efficient and highly knowledgable. He took the time to update my file on the location of the AC units, as it was incorrectly documented by the previous technician. He also provided a thorough checklist and report and took the time to explain any questions I had. I highly recommend this company.

These guys are fantastic workers will come quickly when you are having problems. Gerald came to my house at 9:30 pm in the middle of summer to fix a thermostat that had frozen over. New post: AirZona installed a split A/C unit for my man cave, a transformed garage. Living in Phoenix, I wanted to get this done before the oppressive heat of summer. I ordered the unit on Monday and Gerald’s guys put it in the very next day, Outstanding service, very affordable and really nice guys. I highly recommend AirZona.

these guys right away couple of months ago when one of our unit was not working right. The service man who showed up was prompt and courteous, recommended that we should get two new units so both will have 10 years warranty.he explained a few things about his service which sounded good . after signing and paying by credit card within 3-4 days 2 techs came and replaced both units.. did the clean up and said some one from the company will come soon to fix the wooden frame. or else call us. we called nobody showed up but later calling again a guy came to fix the wood frame they had taken out. when asked did you change the filters as we were promised. he said not his job. call the filter guy will come in 3 days . So far we called 2-3 times. The front desk lady refused totally that they don't fix filters they only take your money and set up the the ac units. After lot of back and forth she said she will see what she can do, No answer yet. nobody showed up in the last 2 months .so this review. She had also said you complain to the company not to her. Does this sound like good service?Our next complaint will be to BBB.

Technician was on time, knowledgeable and professional. I like the up front pricing that I had prior to the scheduled appointment. I was disappointed in that they install of the new heater had to be done for the next day in that he did not have one on the truck; I did tell the scheduler that I would need a replacement heater when I made the appointment.

I had an immediate comfort level with Scott. He recently performed routine maintenance and repaired a condensation line for me. If I was needing to replace my hvac system, Scott would be my first call. He’s honest, fair, and very easy to talk to.
