I called late in the morning on Christmas Eve, expecting to be gouged with holiday charges, but to my surprise, they didn’t charge me a trip fee at all and sent a lovely girl, Alayna, who provided us with outstanding service and fixed the problem quickly. Unlike the last company that came out for the same issue a year ago and charged us $450!!!!!!! we were charged just $150 for the same repair and it was done right! It is refreshing to use a company that is honest and fair. I will always use them (Alayna) in the future!

Good work but extremely overpriced; rip off. They double or triple the markup on all supplies and labor rates are equivalent to $300 - $400 an hour (average is around $100 an hour for any competent residential plumbing services). Don't use them unless money is no object and you don't mind being ripped off.I was charged $2000 for 3 hours of work with supplies that cost less than $400 retail.

We had a toilet that intermittently would not clear upon flushing. After removing the toilet and viewing the sewer access the tech said we had root intrusion. We only saw one small piece that could be root, nothing further down. We poured several gallons of water in the access and it cleared without any moisture left behind. The only remedy that was presented to us was to cut through the concrete to allow tech to examine line for a leak and roots. In after thought we would have appreciated another option,. We found fecal matter stuck in the toilet. We are replacing the toilet and hope we solved the problem for now.
